Thrasher Foundation Repair

Jeff Schlimm was easy to work with for our service quote. Giving us more than just one solution to repair our driveway and sidewalks. Scheduling the work was nice with the several dates given. There were two days of work scheduled to complete my cement. First crew completed the work exactly as planned. The second day the crew worked late into the evening and were very respectfully. More than satisfied with the professionalism and customer service.

Raul and crew did a great job in fixing/ installing new equipment. They were here early, always professional and polite and took care with all the details. Very knowledgeable as well. There are a few loose ends to wrap up as I wait to hear back.

Anthony, Isaac and the crews were thorough and maintained great communication throughout my projects. During the initial assessment, Anthony made sure I saw and understood the work that needed to be done and why. Even when we had to reschedule for one project, the Thrasher team made sure to work with me to get a new date that worked well with my schedule.

Thrasher performed as expected. Their lead installer, Joe, went far beyond expected. He was always there to help me understand the project and any time I had a concern, he jumped right on it and resolved it. He went on and above what I consider great service. He's an excellent asset for Thrasher.

We had a serious situation and Thrasher came through. Everyone has been positive, prompt, and knowledgeable. The team that worked here was exceptional in every way! They worked hard (and it was an awful job), communicated with us every step of the way, listened to us, were kind and polite, AND ultimately figured out the best plan for our unique situation. We’re thankful for the entire Thrasher team.

The Thrasher team did an amazing job on our garage floor which had sunk as much as 7 inches from level on one side and 4 inches on the other. They communicated a reminder note roughly one week from the scheduled appointment and contacted me the morning of the job to let me know their approximate ETA. They arrived 15 minutes early (after calling to ask permission to do so...a nice touch) and got to work promptly. They were thorough and patient as I watched them work for a good bit of their time here. They answered questions and asked me what else they could do for me. They were respectful of my property and were detail oriented. Most importantly, they asked if I would be willing to complete a survey, but didn't ask me to give them a 5 star rating (a pet peeve of mine). Great job guys! I highly recommend Thrasher and would hire them again.

Awesome customer service. The initial agent I talked to was super knowledgeable. Was on time to inspect my garage. And was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The appointment was made and the crew was on time as well. Very nice people to work with. Will definitely use them again if needed!

The field workers that came to my house were fantastic. Both Cullen and Justin along with their crew. There was some over booking and scheduling issues at the start. However, they did work through the weekend to complete my job.
