It was apparent we had to do something once the accepted buyer pulled out even after that disclosure. Steve Wall and his crew were beyond professional. They showed up in a timely manner and went right to work. One of the hardest working teams I've seen in a long time. So much concrete and dirt removed. Then the system went in. Everything flowed perfectly. Steve and his team finished earlier than his original estimated time. With a lot of rain since the installation, the basement has remained dry. I would highly recommend Real Dry for anyone looking to have a French drain installed. The quality of work along with the price point, you will not be disappointed.

This reviews a long time coming! We had Steve install an indoor French drain in the basement of our 125 year home. Needless to say, it was a long time coming. Steve’s work on our basement was clean, and the grading work he did around our property was the icing on the cake. After the heavy rain this summer, we stayed dry and I can thank real dry waterproofing for that!

Steve honestly gave us the bad news. We had to install a French drain all around our finished basement. Gad zooks! Our house was simply too close to the water table and we regularly experienced flooding, even with a sump pump already installed. Steve and his team came by my place and professionally identified that my sump pumps had some issues, and within a day were back to do a professional replacement job in less than 1 hour.
