Kyle and Sam were very professional and did a great job getting our driveway and sidewalk back to level and fixed a problem that was damaging our cars and was a trip hazard for guests. Thanks for the great job!

I want to express that the work/labor done on the foundation repair job itself was great. Hopefully it all holds up, but I don’t foresee that to be problematic at this time even though the job just wrapped up a few days ago. Time will tell. Jeremiah, Alex, and Dustin showed up each day and did a great job even though what was slated to be a one-day job stretched over three days and a snowstorm. I can’t say enough about their hard work and their great explanation of steps involved in the pier and lifting process. The rest of the process was not the best experience from a customer perspective. The salesman who came to do the initial quote for whatever reason didn’t extend the pier plan out as far as the crack in the foundation reached. While these things happen and I could understand some variance, it was the salesman himself who pointed out this “sister crack” and very animatedly discussed the implications of it, so why it would have been left unaddressed in the plan seems like a pretty big blind spot, dropped ball, whatever you want to call it. At the end of the day this oversight shot my cost up by close to 50% of the originally stated price, which is significant. It really eroded a lot of the trust I had going into the project. *EDIT I wanted to edit my review based on some follow up provided by Eric from IBA. Not entirely sure of his title, but he is clearly a supervisor who can authorize credits that the others I’d been in contact with could not. I am upgrading my review to four stars because Eric reached out to me, and after some haggling, arranged a refund of the extra, unexpected cost of the work beyond the originally quoted price. This was extremely helpful to me in my situation and was much appreciated! At the end of the day I cannot give five stars with everything that happened, but I did want to be transparent and acknowledge their compromise to help me gain satisfaction with the work that was done.

I received a prompt bid that was fair. The communication was excellent. In two days, they leveled the area, cleaned it up, added drain tile and sump pump, insulated, and sealed the crawl space. Jackson and his guy were great.

Overall, my experience with Dave and innovative basement authority exceeded all expectations. Their exceptional service, expertise, and genuine concern for their customers' needs have earned my trust and loyalty. Even though I did not end up needing to use them for this project I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home improvement services, and look forward to recommending to friends and family.

We had a great salesman Mike K, he was honest and knowledgeable, And an awesome crew Jeremiah, Jonah, Abdi and Ben. Extremely hard workers, honest, informative, and at every turn, even with changes they pulled it off! Thank you all for taking care of our basement and house, You guys are awesome :-) older homes are unpredictable but they pressed on and made it all happen. William, Angel, and Pharoah were so polite, thorough, and careful. The gave is updates and inspections every step of the way. The work was on my mom’s home in Springfield, MN. They were so kind to our mom of 87 yrs old. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend their business.

Isaiah S, Matt N and Tristan S worked on my basement. They were very pleasant, efficient and really knew their stuff. I was scheduled for 2 days of work and they finished in one day and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company if you are having any type of problem they are capable of fixing. They also did an amazing job of cleaning up. I'm looking forward to not worrying in the spring if I'm going to have water in my basement. Money well spent for peace of mind and a job well done!
