Healthy Basement System is a company with integrity. We had Eric come to our home check out our basement and he was clear and honest about what is needed to get it in good standing. He was transparent about the plan. Exactly what one would need and want.

Eric was very knowledgeable, polite and has great listening skills. He was patient and honest. I was concerned that with the recent heavy rains I needed significant waterproofing of my basement. I showed him a crack in my foundation and agreed to have it repaired and replace my old basement windows. The price is very fair. I have met with five other contractors and felt he was the best choice.

The process from start to finish was exceptional. The installation team headed by Vinny was professional and courteous. Unfortunately I am not good with names but the three additional team members certainly knew what to do and when to do it. When finished the work area was left spotless. The product speaks for itself and let ME speak for the installation crew. “Job Well Done” a pleasure.

As a homeowner in a brand new neighborhood, we were dealing with basement leaking issues especially with all the rain Long Island experienced this past year. Luckily we were able to get an appointment with healthy basement systems and met with the friendliest and most knowledgeable rep, Eric G! Eric was able to offer insight to the problems we were dealing with and discussed several solutions for us to choose from and it made us feel at ease. This month saw the completion of a healthy basement system with wrapping, insulation, supports, cleaning, humidifier and sump pumps. Carlos Ramirez and his team were excellent. So polite, clean and efficient. They worked longer hours to get job done in record time. Thanks Carlos! Gabriel Ryan, our Design Specialist, was our initial contact with firm. Very professional. Put on his hazmat suit and went down into crawl space with camera and other tools and came back out to give us detailed drawings, moisture level readings, photos of situation. Once we hired firm, Gabriel still stayed in contact, coming at initial installation day and has since done follow up inspection. At follow up he saw some tweaks that need to be done and we have a service call scheduled. I like that there are scheduled follow ups at 6 months and year to adjust lifts as House settles. We feel that everyone at this company has been exceptionally professional. Thank you!

Healthy basement systems took care of all my questions and needs! Simon came initially and gave me all the info I needed to complete my basement and laundry room. Chris Juan and andres were excellent. Came in and let me know step by step what work was going to be done. I had some changes that were made and it was taken care of immediately. I highly suggest Health basement systems for crawlspace and basement encapsulation work. Before and after photos
