Tom M did a fantastic job during my annual maintenance. He was very thorough in inspecting all parts of my system, explaining as he went. He also explained some of the benefits of having a maintenance agreement.

So pleased with this company! They are on time and take care of my maintenance efficiently and correctly. The serviceman, Thomas Mcilvain is always very courteous and always answers my questions. He is wonderful!!!! He is always respectful of my home! Thank you Tommy!

I met with Thomas Mcilvain to discuss a basement project. He provided a thorough description of the proposed work, showed me samples of materials, and went the extra mile to fix up a check valve that was past its prime. It left a great impression, and I'll be keeping 58 at the top of my list thanks to him.

58 did a wonderful job on my house. I had an amazing experience working with Mike. He is the best in the business! He worked well with me and made sure my house was BONE DRY!! Amazing communication, and professionalism.

Tommy McIlvain arrived at my house promptly and went right to work repairing my basement wall crack. He was professional, polite, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend 58 Foundations.

My basement job entailed two crack repairs with injection and thermaseal. It was supposed to take 1 day but unfortunately the supplies were not on hand. Tommy M came back the next day after I got done work to finish the job. He was professional, kind, and left my basement in clean condition just as it was before the repair. Jeremiah was also patient with my questions and willing to give me estimate options for what I was looking for. I never felt oversold or pressured by him. Thank you guys!
