Apex Foundation Specialists did a fantastic job. Logan and his crew were very professional. Logan answered my questions thoroughly and sent photos and a video of the installation process on my home. Their response time was excellent. William gave me a quote and the following week the crew was on the job. Highly recommend this company!

Could not say enough about Jesse and the Apex Team. We had a couple of quotes and went with Jesse because he was low pressure, informative, and they had the best price. Randall, Sean, and Logan took care of my pier job in a timely and efficient manner with no mess left behind. Logan and his crew were great at installing an interior french drain system in our garages that are built like a basement on the back-end and we were dealing with serious water intrusion. Customer service was 5 stars with everyone we worked with! Everyone was very respectful, responsive, hard working and patient with my questions. Randall the project mgr was very personable and also great with all my continued questions and concerns. Will was beyond amazing at keeping things going for us as we dealt with some serious family matters, he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Every aspect of things that make a company great were experienced while working with Apex. We are excited for our water issues to be resolved and start using that space as we please.

I purchased a 23-year-old house which had a crawl space. This was my first house with a crawl space. The pictures and description from the home inspection convinced me that it needed to be fixed up. I called Apex and scheduled an appointment. Will from Apex and showed up on time and did an inspection of the crawl. He was very thorough and shared his wealth of knowledge of crawl spaces and what it takes to keep a crawl space from causing damage to the rest of the structure. There were no pressure sales techniques or any of that stuff. Just straight talk and a lot of paitent on his part as my wife and I worked on the best way to fiancé the much-needed work. After closing on the loan, Will schedule a start date for the next week. I was impressed with how quickly the job started. Next Randall, the on-site production manager arrived with a crew and began work and in spite of some unexpected complication, completed the job the next day. The communication between the production manager, Will, and us was very impressive. There were no surprises even though the crawl space presented some incredibly challenging features, such as a standing pool of water fed from the water table. I have a degree in Geology so I understand just what a challenge this can be. If you have a crawl space that needs some attention or simply would like to get an expert's advice on what the condition of your crawl is, do not hesitate. Call APEX immediately. You won't be sorry. Logan, Joe and Ben came out on Tuesday 12:/19/2023 at 9:00 am, they were there on time. All 3 of these guys were respectful and kind. Logan was telling me everything as he was doing it, and I had no worries at all that this job was being done right. These guys even skipped lunch to get the job done. We received 3 quotes for a foundation concern from 3 different companies. Apex was in the middle price wise but was able to answer all my questions and were very professional. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest, they did price match and we decided to go with Apex foundation. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel confident in their work and am hopeful our foundation issues are a thing of the past!
