So impressed with Zack and his team! They did unbelievable work in a super tight crawl space. They replaced foundation pillars, put in a sump pump, vapor barrier, etc. all in one day. I am building a new addition to our home including a suspended garage that has three walls below ground level. These poured concrete walls needed to be water proofed. I engaged several companies to provide us with a quote. Zach with JDE Foundations was by far the most responsive. He answered all our questions and even researched a couple of more detailed technical question's. Hired JDE to come out and do vapor barrier, sump pump installation and a French drain to help with all the water our crawlspace was taking on. Competitive pricing coupled with quality work through and through left us happy customers! Other vendors love us now too for how nice the crawlspace is! I hired Zach to do extensive repairs for a retaining wall that was in need of drainage and structural repairs. Not only did he complete the job in a timely matter, he also offered to do the job at a significantly better rate than other bidders. He was always quick to respond with questions and kept me in the know throughout the entire project. Very satisfied with the work done, and even came with the backing of a 3rd party structural engineer!

This is a great company. I hired them for a big foundation job and I’m glad I did. Zach, Rolando and their crew are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Don’t risk hiring other foundation companies because in my experience, their are some frauds out there (vesta foundations).
