Foundation Recovery Systems

We recently moved to Springfield, MO from a desert and were unprepared for this level of rain after our basement and garage had some flooding. Paul Winder and Tyler Lesue from Foundations Recovery Systems came to our rescue. They kindly answered our many questions and set us up for install of some drains and a sump pump ASAP. Paul even gifted me with an extra phone screen protector after I noticed how nice his was —unexpected but an extremely kind gesture. We were so impressed with their thorough inspection and explanations that we’re glad to have called them first. I wasn’t not expecting to be impressed by our first option but these guys know what they’re talking about. Don’t hesitate to call their team and let them fix you up!

Great company to work with. The customer service was excellent. Nick Motto was our inspector today, and talk about bringing his A game. Nick was very knowledgeable as well as informative on our slab foundation problems. It was great to be be able to talk to him and ask him about all my concerns I have on what is happening with our slab foundation. I really appreciate his candor on what he found while inspecting our home. I look forward to working with Nick Motto on finding a solution with our home.

Joseph and Dallas did a fantastic job when It came to waterproofing, adding in supplemental steel beams, encapsulating and adding a new sump pump and a dehumidifier . I believe five stars is not good enough. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our foundation repair went smoothly and I am so impressed by the difference we can feel in the floor! Our wood floors no longer creak and all of my baseboards and cabinets are flush again. The workers who completed the repair, Josh E., Kaleb M. and Lyllan T., were professional, knowledgeable and hard workers! Our initial meeting with Matt K. was exceptional. I have never met a more personable, caring man. Matt truly cared about our situation and was compassionate and so kind. Excellent work!

We just got our sump pump! Not only did they clean up other themselves but they also answered all of our questions. Matt B., Donovan A., Camelon T., and Jozef B. were very helpful! They did an amazing job installing the sump pump. I wish we got a sump pump sooner! You will not regret hiring Foundation Recovery Systems.

I hired FRS to repair my driveway approach, stairs and a pad as well as a pillar area. Previous owners installed a French drain and the erosion caused issues with exterior concrete in settling. My house was built in 1955 so age and settling was the need for repairs. Daryn and Rick not only came to complete the repairs, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able to change the run off for me as well so water now runs away from the house. My stairs are operable, tripping hazards are gone, watershed is redirected, my concrete is now stabilized and they cleaned up when they were finished. There is also a warranty on the work. I now have family that has seen the work and are planning to have them come out.

We recently hired Foundation Recovery Systems to help us out after our basement flooded. Tyler's crew installed a phenomenal new drainage system in our basement while another crew (Daryn & Rick) floated our concrete that was previously putting pressure on the house. I am blown away at how amazing the repairs look, especially with my concrete patio now being level and seven inches taller (thanks Daryn and Rick!)! 11/10 recommended these guys to help out when you need assistance with any kind of foundation work. Everyone that came out to the house -from Chad in sales to the reapir crews- were clearly knowledgeable and cared about their craft, they were professional and also kind. I hired these guys back in August to fix four areas of my driveway here in Saint Robert, MO that had sunk. In August they were only able to fix two of the areas. They came back today and took care of the other two areas. They did a pretty good job! The area directly in front of the garage had sunk about 3 - 3 1/2 inches. They brought it up at least two inches. This left a a little "lip" of about 1 1/2 inches which was pretty good. This lip will help keep water from some of the heavy rains we get out of my garage. It also makes it easier to get my car and motorcycle in and out of the garage. They have a hard, dirty job and are real professionals. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again if I have any problems in their line of work!
