Our new tub is fabulous! We feel so blest to have had the opportunity to work with you. Gina, our sales rep, was honest and helpful. We also had a great experience with Alex and his crew as they installed the tub. They worked very professionally, making sure they left our bathroom in better shape than when they arrived. Amazing workers! Very diligent! Thank you to all!

We currently waiting months for our material to come in for a shower install. Contractors showed up and cut a hole in our wall and then said oh your material for your shower was damaged. And we don’t have a date for install. It could be 30 days to reorder. So we said we want to cancel and you have to contact home smart industries. We did several times stair to voice mail. No one is willing to get back to us and cancel. And we put a hefty deposit down. Going to share a review at the BBB if not resolved.

I am very satisfied.with my new walk in shower. Vince & Anthony arrived on time and they were polite and professional. They took care with demo and install and my home was as clean ad it was before and after. Vince showed me how the work was progressing, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in 1 day.

It was a very pleasant experience trusting Home Smart with the project of converting our bath tub to a standing shower. Frank and Edwin did a spectacular job along with Sandra who took care of us professionally. Mathew and Jasmine who initiated the job were very helpful and considerate. We are so pleased with our new LuxStone shower! The whole process was very smooth and pleasant, from our initial meeting with John to discuss our options, to the actual installation. John answered our many questions, and was extremely helpful with finalizing our accessory choices. Customer service was great—they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling and followup. Bob and Jason were outstanding installers. They were so respectful of our home, and everything was spotless when they were finished. They consulted with us throughout the project, and made sure everything was to our liking. Their attention to detail was amazing! They definitely went above and beyond to give us a perfect shower. Our new shower is absolutely beautiful! Our entire experience with HomeSmart was so positive; we highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

The crew who installed my new shower were friendly and professional. They completed the demolition and installation in a timely manner, as promised. I was delighted to see the final product; but even more delighted when I was able to start using it the next day. I am a "senior" and felt unsafe getting in and out of the bathtub. With my new walk-in shower, I have a niche for my body wash and shampoo, a teak fold-up seat in the event I wish to sit down and scrub my feet, and a full-length safety rail that I can grab if needed. It is a delight to shower now and feel safe as well as satisfied with the classic lines and colors. My bathroom sparkles!!!

Back in the summer of 2023 my husband and I decided it was time to get rid of the bathtub which I might add was only a few years old and we decided to replace it with a walk in shower. After much research, Home Smart by far was our first choice. From the sales rep that came and explained in detail the products that were to be used to the history of the company and all that they Home Smart stood for we were sold. After signing the contract a week later they were able to get us on their schedule and the work began. The men arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and job was completed by 5:30 that evening. Prior to the completion that same afternoon we received a follow up call directly from the Company CEO asking if the work was to our satisfaction prior to us paying. I recently had a walk in tub installed in my older home. From the time he introduced himself until the time he left, Jason was professional, friendly, and personable. He kept me informed on all steps of the process and asked for approval before doing anything to the house. Jason is a very qualified and amiable installer who I highly recommend.
