Finding a house was hard, but finding the right contractor was even more complex. I met numerous contractors before deciding to go with Bath Planet. I went with them because the cost was better and they would do everything I requested. They remodeled 2.5 bathrooms from floor to ceiling, and I am delighted I chose them. The project took longer than expected, but it was worth it. They did not rush and try to cut corners. The best part was the communication; the project managers, Kelsie and Brandy, were excellent. They explained everything thoroughly, and if I didn't understand, they would explain again patiently. At one point, I was unhappy with how the shower drain turned out, but they addressed the problem and brought in a new team to redo the shower floor and install a different drain at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to remodel a home with either big or small projects. They have the right people and the skills.

Bath planet recently completed remodel on our bathrooms. The staff was very efficient informing us of planned progress and what to expect each day. In addition they were purchasing the material and fixtures explaining the superior quality of their choices. The crew working the remodel were knowledgeable and expierenced cleaning up daily before leaving job site. To top that off the owner came by numerous times to verify plan and make sure we were happy with progress. We had small issue with one faucet handle after completion and crew was sent back and replaced the unit. Job included removing large soaker tub, install new floor. Counter, fixtures, sink, lighted mirrors and lights for master bathroom. In addition they build large walk in shower with pony wall, bench and hand rail. Guest bathrooms also got painted and had fixtures, lights, mirrors and countertops replaced. I would gladly use their service again and have no problem recommending them.

We got our bathroom remodeled with Bath Planet a few months back and the longer I use and look at the final product, the more scammed I feel. The whole process to plan and collect money was within a week - this should have been a red flag for me. Bath Planet provided a timeline on what would be done when and that was not followed at all. The schedule provided on working time was about 2 weeks. The actual time it took was closer to 2 months due to many delays - all errors by Bath Planet's team. My husband and I thought it was best to pay professionals for this project but we ended up spending a lot of money on something we (two amateurs) could have easily done much better on. I let Bath Planet's project manager know exactly what I was unhappy with and provided pictures. The team came back and provided bandaid solutions to some things and ignoring most. I bought a $3k vanity that they damaged extensively and their expert solution was to throw only cabinet paint on it. It is currently peeling. Most of the employees who came to our home struggled immensely to understand me when I tried communicating with them - I do not have an accent. There was not any communication barrier. I had to start pointing to what I was talking about for it to click. Once or twice is fine, but it was every piece of communication and it became frustrating after 3 weeks. Also, the office staff and the field staff are on two different pages. The team in my house is telling me one story and the team on the phone is telling me another. Almost all of these individuals did not clean up after themselves well. Two of them left permanent construction stains on my bedroom walls, stairs, and patio wall that I don't know how to remove. After a full day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was dust, vacuum, and mop half my house. Lastly, for every error they made, they kept saying "this never happens." What could possibly be the odds of something never happening - and then that happens 10 more times? Almost 0% chance. All in all, if I had known this is what the price we paid gets us, we would have sucked it up and done all the work ourselves and saved 90% of our money. I strongly encourage others to save their money and look elsewhere. Amateur, overpriced, and disorganized.

They are amazing!! Great customer service, communication, and great quality of work. It’s always nice to find someone locally who you can trust on all fronts. Would highly highly recommend!

Bath planet did a great job on our shower remodel. The estimator was upfront from the beginning and did a great job guiding us into the right decision. The installers were courteous and respectful, and did a very good job. Kelsie helped us out by getting our project done sooner than was projected, due to our own unexpected time constraints.

Very professional and communicative about the process. Always willing to answer questions and get back to you right away with answers. So good I’m doing my second bathroom with them.

Brandi with bath planet and her crew did a great job with our shower replacement. She kept us informed of when materials were ready, worked with us on scheduling the best time to have the person come in to do the work and promptly followed up if there was any questions. The installer did a great job keeping the area clean and was very efficient in removing the old shower stall, bringing in and installing the new material and taking great care in clean up and keeping any dirt off the carpets. The shower looks wonderful as does the rain glass shower door that was installed by precision, a subcontractor, with bath planet.

Bath Planet replaced our walk in shower. Very professional from start to finish. They kept me updated on timeline throughout the process. We love our new shower. There was a small problem, the glass door company scuffed the shower pan, but Bath Planet took care of getting it fixed for me. They contacted contacted shower door company to come out to fix it, which they did. Then called me to follow up to make sure I was happy with how it turned out. I would use their services again. We love our new shower!! It's exactly what I wanted.
