My husband Tom & I had a outstanding experience having Bath Masters do a remodel from our old 50 yr. old bath tub, walls & ceiling to their gorgeous custom walk in shower & custom glass shower door. Everything ran pretty smoothly during work. From time we walked into their showroom, were greeted professionally & kindly. Grant was great having patience, giving us ideas. We never felt rushed. Ernesto Job Supervisor & Esmir, Assistant Job Supervisor were both wonderful & professionals. Always would advise and answer questions, texting and phone calls quickly. Plumber did meticulously awesome Work. He ran into 50 yr old plumbing that needed major repair. Andres also meticulously a craftsman. I am sorry I can not name all of the craftsmen who entered our home, but they were all professional, respectful, and caring of our home. We highly recommend Bath Masters I have recommended Bath Master to friends interested of having their bathroom redone. Also, office contacts by email or phone calls We’re right on it. Helped my neighbor with 2 bathrooms remodeled at the same time. The remodeling crew was great. The management was the worst. We didn’t use the first bathroom or look during the remodel. After the first bathroom was done. We brought to the attention of the project manager that he had switched the material and put it in the wrong bathroom. The en-suite bathroom was gray and they put the brown tiles in it that were supposed to be in guest. The whole bathroom was wrong. They continued the job as I moved to the store manager she suggested we paint the bedroom brown to match their mistake. After many emails they offered a small credit. Buyer beware, read your contracts carefully. This company cares very little for their clients.

We are so happy we chose BathMasters to remodel two of our bathrooms, including a tub to shower conversion. Every interaction was positive, professional, and prompt: Grant helped select products in our budget, Jamie oversaw our project, and super star Tyler was the lead checking daily to ensure we were happy with even the smallest details. Every member of Tyler's team, including sub-contractors were professional: Richie, Adrian, Mark, Chris, Chris, Dre, John, the couple who did our beautiful shower tile, and the team who installed our shower glass. Communication with us was consistent, clear, and reassuring. I strongly recommend BathMasters; they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Called Bathmasters warranty person (Nick) for alignment issue with cabinet door. He responded promptly and fixed the problem. Pleasant, professional, and efficient. Photo one of completed repair, photos 2-4 of problem that he addressed.

I’m very pleased that I selected BathMasters to do my tub to shower conversion. The whole process went very smoothly. Thanks to Aaron, the knowledgeable sales consultant, Andrew , the professional job supervisor, Marco, the excellent tile setter and demolition expert, the guys that picked up the daily waste and delivered the materials , the girls in the showroom who helped me selecting the materials, and last but not least Jamie ,the general manager who kept me informed with the progress and what to expect from the job. Thank you guys for a beautiful stress free remodel. I really am happy with how it turned out.

We cannot be happier with the bathroom remodel in our primary bedroom! BathMasters did everything they said they would and kept us on the timeframe we prepared for. From the initial consultation with Grant and then the meeting at the showroom with he and Judy, they helped us find what we wanted for our new shower, floor and vanity along with all of the fixtures. It looks amazing! Every person that entered our home was professional, courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. The demo and prep team- Darrien, Jordan and Chris, as well as the plumber and electrician were wonderful. Josh did an amazing job tiling the shower and floor! We love it! Brandon did the drywall and Mason and Randy worked so hard to get us finished. It is beautiful! Matt and Neil as project supervisors were here almost every day and always when a new phase was initiated. They kept great communication with us on a group chat and answered all questions promptly and patiently. We truly appreciate their oversight and making sure all was going as planned. We highly recommend BathMasters to anyone wanting a beautiful bath remodel and we would hire them again to do our main bathroom when are ready. Just BEAUTIFUL!!! The entire team was awesome… Very professional and friendly (especially the workers). I knew I was in good hands since day one. Out of all my contractors, Bath Masters was my favorite. The tub to shower conversion was well worth the wait. Don’t be fooled by those “one day installs” - Quality takes time. Do you really want a demo/remodel completed that fast? Not this guy! Good job Bath Masters. UPDATE: I wanted a very minor adjustment for one handle and Nick (from warranty dept.) came out right away and quickly made the adjustment. Nice to know that he takes care of you after installation.

I just had a second bathroom fully renovated by BathMasters and I must say that I am thrilled with the way both bathrooms turned out. Russell was wonderful in helping me with the design of both bathrooms as well as assisting me with making the choice of finishes. Tyler and his team were the nicest, most professional and respectful group I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were always prompt to start work each day, took great pride in the quality of their work and they cleaned up meticulously every day before leaving. I was always kept apprised of what to expect each day and they completed everything right on schedule. I fully recommend BathMasters for their A-1 service and quality products.
