Extremely expensive but we just wanted it done. Waited about 4 weeks for them to fit us into the schedule. Guy came first day to do the demo. Made a huge hole in other side of wall although he said he would fix it. Next day no one showed up. They said they could "possibly" send someone the next day. It was supposed to be done in 2 days. For this outrageous price this is not acceptable!

Just signed for a remodel converting tub to walk-in shower in my guest bathroom. I have to tell you from first contact through the negotiations this company is first class. Wonderful presentation with product samples, pictures, price comparisons etc. Briggitte Quilotte our project consultant that came to our home was wonderful, knowledgeable and truly seemed care that our decisions fit our needs. I also spoke with Collin Gibbs a project manager who went above and beyond to secure my business and make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire process. Trust me, you want to feel comfortable about your bathroom remodel, written lifetime warranty, transferable! This is your company. Nice job and thank you Briggitte and Collin! My wife and I had an excellent experience with quality craftsman today. Bjorn was super helpful and informative; his attention to detail was great too. We're looking forward to seeing our plan come to fruition. I am also very excited about using this company because they are a veteran-owned business and as a veteran myself I greatly appreciate what they do in support of veterans.

The representative of Quality Craftsmen, Bjorn Simmons, came to my home and we corroborated on design features and materials for the remodel of my guest bathroom from a tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower with a seamless glass enclosure, and the remodeling of my Master bath to install a free-standing tub in place of my existing garden tub along with a new shower and seamless glass enclosure. Both Bath are to include new LVT flooring. Bjorn is very professional, yet very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to ensure everything is correct. The company has been in business for 37 years, and is A+ rated in the BBB. I have extreme confidence that my remodeling job will be expertly done and will exceedingly beautiful as well.

Preston did a full, thorough consultation with me which is much more than what I expected when I first set up the appointment. Usually contractors give you a quick quote and are in and out (I know this because I used to run a tile installation sub-contracting business). He took the time to sit with me, show me samples, and work out the details to give me exact pricing. I feel confident they will be able to fix the mess the last "contractor" left when I did my original remodel. I also like the lifetime warranty they offer.

Before giving Quality Craftsmen a call, I reviewed precious customers' reviews and BBB to see their reputation. I have to say it was the best decision. When I met Mr. Mike Myers, he was very polite and knowledgeable. One thing I do not appreciate is when a sales person is so set on up selling that they forget what the customer wants. Mr. Myers did the opposite. I asked for a simple design and he built my plan as such. He listened and focused on the details provided to him. We expressed our concerns and immediately he went into action. Mr. Myers and his manager are one of a kind. They have a variety of styles and can transform your bathroom to what "YOU" want, which is key. Out of the companies we came across, Quality Craftsmen definitely tops them.

Our little cabin on the lake needed a new shower. The old one had been there for many years plus the cabin was built in 1960, so we weren’t sure what to expect would be lurking in the walls. Robert and Hector (installers) did a fantastic job, everything went so smoothly and they finished tearing out the old, installing new in about 6.5 hours. The products we picked out with the help of Kinser (sales rep) are top quality and look great.
