We just finished a master shower remodel with Advanced Custom Renovations and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my bathroom tile. The project manager Keith was great to work with and the tile installer Sean was fantastic! Sean did such wonderful job, was very professional, and finished in a timely manner. Despite some communication issues I am overall very pleased.

Our master bath was a bit of a nightmare. Though we’re avid DIYers, we knew we needed professional help with this one. We ultimately chose ACR - we appreciated their straight forward approach, they allowed us to be very involved in the process (including doing much of the demo ourselves) and gave us solutions that maximized the layout we have without exceeding our budget. Like any remodel, most things went according to plan. Some things didn’t. For those surprises, the ACR team was helpful and gave good guidance on options. In the end, we’re very happy with the results and recommend the ACR team for your bathroom remodeling projects.

We bit the bullet after living in our home for over twenty years. We hired Advanced Custom Renovations to remodel our two builder-grade bathrooms. James came out to give us a realistic estimate, answer questions, and make suggestions. After ordering our materials with the help of an independent designer and finally receiving them, we got moving. Keith, the Project Manager, and Fred are why this remodel went so well. The two of them made sure things were moving on time, made practical suggestions, and were able to anticipate potential glitches. We also were so appreciative of Shawn, the tile guy. He does a great job! I appreciated Keith going above and beyond from start to finish, and I knew that when I called him, he would listen to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him and ACR.

After living in my home for 10 years, the thought of new flooring throughout my entire house was stressful. I had a few different flooring companies come out and give me a quote for my project and James Underwood made me feel the most comfortable. James was on time, helpful in answering all my questions, and I received a quote for my new flooring project quickly. The dustless tile removal was great! They were professional, friendly, and fast. They did a great job.  The flooring installers were friendly and moved my furniture with care. Keith the Project Manager was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. I will definitely use Advanced Custom Renovations again in the future.

It was so nice to work with James, Leanne and Keith. We updated the flooring and paint throughout our entire house, which was a huge project. They helped us every step of the way from picking out flooring, to scheduling and keeping the project on track, and helping to minimize the disruption to our lives! We are so happy with the final project. Our home feels like new!
