We recently finished our project with this company, our contractor was Niv, he is such a pleasure to work with, he always listened and was very accommodating to our request. We had transformed our porch into an office w/ half bathroom. His construction crew was really good, Jorge was very detailed oriented and when we will expressed not liking how something came out, they will fix it or re-do it. Some cons we had during this journey was miscommunication with scheduling (construction crew was expected in X or Y days, but wouldn’t show up, or will reschedule); Also, most of my project was paid “cash” but at the time of paying with a card there was a 3.5% fee that is never mentioned neither in their contract or their Credit Card Payment Authorization form, but once again Niv was very communicative and understanding and we let it go. Overall I really liked and enjoy the end result, the project, despite those few hiccups was finished on time and if I need a new project I will contact Niv again.

So happy with their team and the work process, I hired them to remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Their project manager was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable, professional and hard worker. Their team was always on time and always working hard. The work done within the time line promised and I love the results! Thank you!
