UPDATED on April 3rd, 2024(since my original post was 3 years ago. Extremely happy with the quality of work, and his professionalism***( SO I THOUGHT)*** I had Michael remodeled 2 bathrooms and will definitely use his services for other projects as well****(NEVER AGAIN)*** I highly recommend him and his work***(WOULD NEVER RECOMMNED)***. Since my original post 3 years ago(the time of his work, and asked to provide high praises).... i had a Wax ring in one of the toilets go bad(didn't properly install at the time of the remodelling) and had to hire someone else to fix it, along with cutting my ceiling open to fix the leak damages. Now I will have to hire someone else to install hammer arrestors in not one, but BOTH showers in BOTH bathrooms he remodelled. I tried reaching out to him repeatedly to no avail. I even sent him Whatup messages in order to see if he reads them. He reads, and ignores, without answering. I will strongly suggest not using his services. As for myself, once all work is compleated to fix his mistakes, i will be taking him to Court.

Michael is a excellent person to work with. He did our master bathroom look very detail and I’m really happy with his work. We highly recommend the company Professional Handyman remodeler for any work remodel. They they work hard to do amazing detail job.

I signed a contract on June 23rd with Michael for work to begin on August 9th 2021. On August 3rd I reached out to Michael and asked him if we are still on for the 9th and he said yes. When Michael's men showed up they did not have the supplies they needed to start the demo so they left. The came back the next day and demo the bathroom. The following Wednesday and Thursday no one showed up and Michael did not call us to say anything. On Friday he came after 6PM dropped off supplies and left returning the Saturday and did a few things in the plumbing area. Michael did not show up on Monday the 16th for that entire week, no calls or text, I had to text him. On Friday I had enough so I called him and told him how I felt and the fact that if he is not finish with the bathroom by the end of the contract date he need to give me my money back. He said okay. He showed up the Saturday did some work and left. The Monday a no show, he came the Tuesday and Wednesday for a few hours and left. The Thursday he said he can't make it he'll be there the Friday, so I asked him when exactly is my bathroom supposed to be completed? He said next week. Monday he did not show up and sent me a text message with what is supposed to be the plan for the week. He showed up the Tuesday said he'll be back tomorrow but I knew he wasn't planning to come because he packed all his tools. Just like I said Michael did not show up for the rest of the week. On Friday I contact a few electricians and asked for a quote so I can get that cleared and hire someone else to complete the bathroom. When the two electricians showed up they both noted the wires in the outlet boxes are incorrect and should not be there. At this point I contact Michael and asked him to get what he left in my bathroom and I am expecting a refund. He said he is charging me for what he did so far. I communicated with two other contractors who told me the job is incorrect and not up to code for the city. One also mentioned the fact that Michael left the drain lines and toilet openings uncovered which brings methane gases into my home from the septic tank. I had to take plastic bags and elastic bands to seal off the seven openings. This is all around unacceptable. He took our money and blocked us when we request to have our money back. He is a fraud and a thief. I reported him to the BBB, the department of regulatory and economic resources in Miami Dade and the police. People like him should not walk free stealing from people with work that doesn't even meet the standards in Miami. Then blocking and refusing to talk to us.

We had our bathroom completely remodeled and Michael & his crew did an outstanding job. We will be hiring him to do more work. I would definitely recommend his services. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM!! 😍❤😍

Michael did 3 bathrooms in my home they all came perfect amazing work very detailed and all workers very nice I highly recommend him for anything remodeling job in any home you would be extremely happy with the results!!! Love his professionalism and high quality work he did everyone that has come to my house love the results. I leave in Miami and as many of you know it is very hard to find a professional person you can rely on to do work in your home ! I hired Mike to work in my first floor if my house. He is a superb professional . His attention derailed left my house looking amazing. Not only is he a professional but he is also very reliable and PUNCTUAL. A quality that as of yet I am able to fund in the Miami area. I highly recommend Mike with for any home remodel.

Mike was very highly recommended and he absolutely lived up to it. I needed some flooring in a small room and I was so impressed by his work, I had him come back the next day to tile the adjacent room. I will be scheduling a bathroom remodel in the very near future. Thank you for great work Mike
