My go to place when I have a remodeling project and need middle to upper end faucets, fixtures, etc. They are very helpful, professional and simply nice. The staff is extremely helpful with showing me options and assisting me with furnishing a remodeled kitchen or bathroom. Definitely a “go to” place when remodeling.

This place continues to impress me. Every time I go. Customer service is my favorite. Nate every time is the perfect mixture of professionalism and friendly/caring service. Nate does all the right things to make my wife and I feel like we are the only customers when we walk in. Great options...Nate provided my wife and I w stellar service!

The only reason I put one star was so I could write a review. I have not been treated this way ever. No customer service. The person my wife TRIED to a blonde female, to talk to could not look up from her invoice she was working on to look at my wife to answer her questions nobody even looked up to acknowledge us when my wife and I walked in.what’s the matter, my skin color the wrong shade of brown for your liking? My money is just as green as the other people that walk in. We won’t be back.Remember all you sell is faucets and toilets!!!

Great service and don't charge extra than other bigger stores. Going here was a wonderful experience and I will be using them exclusively going forward. Got great service and help. Some additional positive things with my background is... It's a family business, they're Christian and they're conscientious about covid. What more can you want?

There is so much to enjoy about this incredible shop. The amount of product and more specifically the better And more interesting products are All here. The staff is not only capable they are knowledgeable experienced and very helpful. The store is laid out brilliantly easy to shop and get ideas. I cannot recommend this place enough.. I was able to find everything I needed some of it was on hand and the things I had to order came quickly.
