Unique Renovations - Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

They never finished the cement job on my driveway! The big troughs are still there and make driving precarious. They have never responded to my several requests to finish it up. I should never have paid the complete bill.

We chose Unique Renovations to do our Kitchen remodel and Josh Baker and his entire team did an amazing job! Our kitchen has gone from drab to Fab with the teams guidance and excellent craftsmanship! The initial consultation was very interactive and Josh really listened to what we wanted. We received great communication from quote to completion. Typically each morning we received a text or calll letting us know who would be coming, what would be done and an estimated arrival time. Josh would come onsite to walk through tasks and if he was not available, sent one of his lead guys. I would also like to acknowledge Jon Baker who painted our custom cabinets and the entire kitchen,as well as, building a beautiful wood shelf above our open counter area. Everyone we worked with was friendly, provided a high level of expertise and cleaned up at the end the day. (This meant alot as a kitchen remodel is a very messy job!) Any issues/changes to the plan were promptly addressed to our complete satifaction. We will definately choose Unique Renovations again!

Unique Renovations with Josh at the lead is by far the best contracting and remodeling team I have ever worked with. From start to finish the entire experience felt honest, easy, and the results were amazing. I worked with Josh on a total remodel/refresh of my mother’s home. I met with several contractors before choosing Unique Renovations. Josh’s bid clearly stated all of the work that would be included in each room and the total estimate seemed more than fair. When the job was finished, he did not add on any additional charges or unexpected costs. Although, I’m sure if he had to he would’ve given me lots of notice, and we would have agreed upon it in advance. The work he did in the home was exceptional. He changed the entire look of her house in such a positive way. Upon seeing it, my mom said “I’ve never lived in a house this nice“. He has a great eye for detail, and makes sure everything is done perfectly. Overall, the process felt easy because Josh was always communicating via text, phone calls and pictures on the status of the project. With other contractors, updates have been few and far between. With Josh, I would get an update even just to say there is no update. He responded to calls/texts the same day and never failed to show up when agreed upon. Josh and his team also worked really hard to stay on schedule. He had to coordinate some last minute surprise changes to make sure my mom could get back into her home when she needed to be there. In fact, he was able to finish the project early to accommodate her homecoming! This is the easiest five star review I have ever written and I will only be using Unique Renovations in the future.

Unique Renovations has done numerous jobs for me over the last 15 years. Everything from a total home remodel to building walls in my business. If there were 10 stars that’s what I would give them.

Josh and the Unique Renovation team are highly recommended by me and my team at Factory Tile. They are trustworthy and talented and fun to work with. We’ve known Josh for many years and his clients always have nothing but positive things to say!

Their craftsmanship was pure quality! The workman were actually a joy to have in my home as they brought my dream bathroom to a reality. Top notch!

Had a very unique situation to say the least and Josh was able to accommodate all my requests, no matter how big or small. Had to replace water damaged flooring and replace with tile and Unique Renovations did an amazing job, made my bathroom look brand new and gave me a peace of mind that my plumbing is correct now... Top tier quality and definitely not a contractor that cuts corners. I was always able to get a hold of him and communication was never an issue. 10/10 would recommend for any custom home improvements...

We LOVE our new remodeled kitchen! Josh and all of team members were excellent. Each crew that showed up cleaned up after themselves daily and took extra care of any and all furniture that was in the way. From the custom cabinets to the paint quality and the trim carpenters- we would highly recommend this company for any or all of the above.
