Confluence Kitchen & Bath

Woooow!!! What an amazing place. Japanese owned with japanese flavours. The burgers are a must try. I will be back tomorrow. Super friendly service, uber clean, and the most delicious and creative food I had in Boulder.

We hired Confluence to remodel our entire kitchen and master bath. We chose very modern cabinets, appliances, etc. The process was smooth until the work started. Went with a recommended contractor who was new to the area from Texas. The process was long & drawn out with a large number of specification errors as well as errors from the contractor whom asked to be paid before the job was finished. Dragged on for a year and a half and we finally gave up on the last touch of hinges on one of the main cabinets which is permanently propped open. Meaning after a very large investment over the course of 1 1/2 years the project was never completed. The designer was very kind and helpful but was clearly heavily overwhelmed with projects. We feel this goes back to the ownership not staffing enough employees and having a severely overwhelmed designer. The contractors subs were all very sub-par and most had never worked on high-end projects. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. End product is very nice thanks to all the finishes we chose but would not recommend Confluence to my worst enemy!

as an interior designer i have done a multitude of projects with confluence. they are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, available and always problem solvers. in short, they make my job much easier and are such a pleasure to work with!

I have worked with Kris at Confluence on several projects and as a designer I appreciate her responsiveness, service, and expertise. She is knowledgeable and has helped guide myself and my clients to the proper product for their projects.

Their website says “Service you can trust and an experience you will enjoy” is far from the truth! Our designer was Chelsea DeFelice and the salesperson was Kris. After spending over $20K we are stuck with a defective faucet and kitchen hardware that was guaranteed to cover our existing holes of our old hardware. The lack of professionalism and concern for our problems are unacceptable. These products can be found elsewhere at a better price, with better customer service. Learn from our mistakes.

We (my husband and I) found the ConfluenceKB team to be wonderfully helpful, artistically talented and so enjoyable to work with! Especially Kris, Abbey, Taffee and Craig. Kris Maher was our Designer/Specifyer who we spent the greatest time with on our whole-house renovation. Kris' insights on materials, sources and delivery times were invaluable. Even though I had spent many years myself in related design fields, Kris' design smarts and prior experiences took our project to a much higher level of achievement. We are thrilled with our results! Love your team & love the diversity of your products and selection! I was only interested in cabinet/door hardware when I first reached out and set up an appointment. What a delightful business. The selection and service was so wonderful that Confluence became my go-to supplier for hardware, tile, bathroom cabinets, etc.! Kris Mahar, Abby and Ed's entire team have been incredibly helpful, organized, and meticulous as we worked together on our remodel. There are so many little details and Kris always asks the right questions and insures that all the little pieces needed are not forgotten in the chaos of the remodeling process. When in the neighborhood, I now return just to say "Hi" and have even ordered products from them for our home out of state. I am so glad I found you!

Ed and his team did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. We came to them early in the process and they not only helped with planning our layout, cabinet selection, knobs/pulls and install, but they also helped with contractor and countertop fabricator/install recommendations. They were a one stop shop in many ways. When a toilette was damaged by our contractor in error, they were able to source a replacement quickly, keeping us on schedule. We have since moved and are planning another remodel. We will definitely be using their services again!
