Precise Contracting

So we look for a really good contractor that can help us with our Kitchen ,Bathroom and Basement remodeling project. We found some on the facebook groups. But after they show up and we research them. Sometime didn't check out and some did, but the ones that did didn't have been in business more than 5 years. So we didn't choose them. It wasn't until we came across Precise Contracting where we knew that they were the ones. Clean cut professional, they was reliable, skillful. The end results was high quality that added value to our real estate property. We seen their pictures and videos which help us call them. But it was until we hired them that we found out how well around the company presents itself. John's team put our ideas in a computer desgin and then blew our minds when they made it into reality. We could've not been anymore please with our choice of contractor when we pick Precise Contracting. All in his slogan. Don't Roll The Dice, Call Precise! Very detail and very clean! We hired Precise base on their pictures of their work and online ratings and reviews to do our kitchen as our kitchen contractor. We are so please on the high level craftmanship of work that they preform on our kitchen. Every install went smoothly and was well thought out. They replicated the 3D drawings they created for our kitchen to the last detail. Highly recommend this company for sure.

We hired Precise Contracting as our kitchen remodeling contractor / company after reviewing the photos of their work. We got about 5 estimates done and ask for previous pictures of their work. Some had some good pictures and they all look fairly well. Although, when you look and zoom in, you can tell that their cuts wasn't done cleanly. Now these are some of the top rated contractors out in my area within a 15 mile radius I believe. I'm was looking for contractors that had a good reputation and can preform the work skillfully. They also needed to know the current build codes because we secretly look them up and did a lot of homework for our kitchen project. We was prepare to spend a lot of money so we wanted to be sure that we got the right contractor for our money. When we finally had John /Johnny the owner of the company come out. he carefully explain more details that were unforeseen by us and let us know. These where details that the other kitchen contractors didn't even notice, but we still didn't think that his company was the ones for our kitchen remodeling project. Then he pull out door faces samples and his laptop and showed us a door he previously used and a 3D rendering design program of the pass kitchen he done. I think the program was called Chief Architect or something. then he pulled out he phone and shown us before and the process to the after. Now at this point we was very impress with John and his company. At was time we want to give him the code test challenge we put together that the other kitchen contractor fail to know. He pass with fly colors and told us other codes that we didn't know was going to be involved for us and him to follow. We told him we where interested in quote and how soon he can get one out to us. His reply was 3weeks. we was like oh hell no that too long. He reply and said "I'm very busy with current projects and can only do my quote on his free time. I thought that he would have a better turn around. Now if he didn't impress us in the begin then we would of move on. So since he did, we sat and waited. He check in with us every week to update us on his progress and if we had any changes to add and we did have some changes. I told him I could mind make up my mind sometimes. He said that's why he does the 3D rendering. That I don't need to worry. he can make changes quickly with the click of a mouse. When show me my design of my kitchen of how I envision it, I was blown way by the whole kitchen design he put together and by his price. His price was slightly in the high range compare to the other contractors by a few grand. We told him that we will get back to him and make a decision in three days. When we decided to go with him and his company, although we were super nervous about it. Like if, we made the right decision. But we knew that his 11 year reputation was clean with no complaints in our research of him and his company. With that said, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and let him and his company work their magic. We cant be any way happier with our kitchen remodeling project. There was some issue trying to get things to work and fit in but he told us that in the being and was prepared for it all. I'm sure the other contactors who did seen these issues would of jack the price up to where John quoted us at anyway. I'm so thrill that we hired John and his company. Everything went so smoothly and the finish is top notch luxury quality hands down. We love our Kitchen now and so does our family and friends when they come over. John said he will make me said his slogan. I told him we will see because I'm hard to impress because I'm very picky person. Well people he earn it. That is all I can say about that. "Don't roll the dice call precise" You wont be let down by him or his company. We are already working with John again for our raised enclosed screen deck. We wouldn't hired anybody else for the job I rather wait. I like his detail work and skills. Thank you so much for the quality that you put into our home Johnny. I can't say enough positive things about Johnny and Precise Contracting!! He is a true craftsman and honestly cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of the homeowner. We had our kitchen remodeled and Johnny went the extra mile and finalized our built-in appliances, rectified the gas and electrical issues and even hand made some new crown molding to match the existing crown molding. His attention to detail is above and beyond the average contractor for sure!! We plan on using Precise Contracting for more of our home projects and upgrades!!

John and his crew remodel our kitchen and we are overwhelmed and astonished by the professionalism and craftsmanship down to every detail that got done in a timely matter. I contacted Johnny to install a large barn door and refinish my kitchen. The barn door looks and works perfectly, and his carpentry in my kitchen looks amazing. Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He even sent pictures and videos of his work to keep me updated on every step. Highly recommended, I will definitely be using him for all future projects.

Johnny’s group was a sub for original Kitchen remodeling group. I cannot say enough about attention to detail across structural work, drywall, lighting, plumbing, trim, etc etc. He was always very professional and explained / recommended options. He went the extra mile to keep us on schedule! My TV on the wall is incredible as well. Running TV and sound bar wiring behind the wall made everything very clean. I recommend him for sure.

*This is a character reference. I personally have not had Johnny do work for me, but I have seen his work, observed him working and discussed jobs he is/has worked on. Johnny has a natural eye for detail and unbreakable focus. He takes genuine care of the projects he is working on in both the completed product and the work space, always making sure nothing is left behind and the space is thoroughly clean when he leaves. He genuinely cares about making his customers happy. Spends many hours of his personal time thinking about and planning how to make the end product perfect. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family members.
