The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Echos Wood Design were exemplary. The workmanship and quality of the painting of our kitchen cabinets more than exceeded our expectations. As our kitchen renovation project schedule changed, Echos Wood Design “Freddie” was very flexible and accommodating to the changing project schedule. While the flooring was being installed the installers ran into a problem with enough clearance for a pocket door, I contacted Freddie and he was here within an hour and he removed the pocket door so the flooring contractor could finish the door installation. The attention to detail was apparent from the start of the project when Freddie provided recommendations that took our kitchen to the next level. Echo Wood Designs professional communication and timelines demonstrated were key attributes to delivering a quality product within the budget are commendable attributes and would recommend Echo Wood Design to anybody wanting to upgrade or install a new kitchen.

I had several drawers that were impossible to open and the tracks were falling apart. Echoss LLC responded and replaced the hardware with slow close hardware and now they operate like new. He showed up on time and prepared. Highly recommend and will use in the future

Best contractor decision I ever made was to hire Echos wood design to design my kitchen remodel, make the custom cabinets and complete the entire remodel. He tore out my old kitchen and completed the redesigned install in less than 2 weeks, and that's not including weekends!. Prior to the start of the remodel when he was building the custom cabinets, Freddy kept me informed on the progress, he even sent pics along the way.. Once they were done,, we agreed on a start date and time.. Freddy showed when he said he would, he was on time every day. He communicated with me along the way keep me updated on the remodel and answered any questions I had along the way, he was a joy to work with. Along the way there were a few upgrades we wanted as well as some minor changes that were not included but necessary and Freddy handle them flawless and professionally with minimal cost. Freddy and Echos wood design is a rare unicorn as a contractor, he is honest, has fair prices, does EXCELLENT work, communicates, and does what he promises, a rare find! We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen!! We wish we had found him last year when we had our master bath remodel, oh well, we have him now for all our future projects. Freddy built some custom shelves for our livingroom. Communication was quick and always on time! Highly reccomend him!

Freddy has not only finished our entire basement but has also done repairs to our walls, installed doors and installed luxury vinyl flooring on our home! He is professional, on time, honest and clean with his projects. We continue to find new projects for him to help us with, he is definitely our to go guy for anything we can think of.

Freddy @ Echos Wood Design has been one of our best home improvement/repair service experiences to date. Freddy is extremely professional, timely, honest and patient. He takes extreme pride in the quality of his work as well as his clients time. Our home had water damage on the main floor and after removal of the water, we called a big name restoration company for repairs. 2-3 weeks after putting a deposit down, we had to fire them and request a refund because they never showed up to perform the work. Frustrated, I was referred to Echos Wood Design by a friend whom was elated with Freddy's work. I contacted him and within a week our entire 1st floor project was completed to perfection. He cleaned up behind himself daily, got along perfectly with my family, gave excellent advise and was totally professional. This man is never late.....never! I'd recommend Freddy's business to anyone who desires a stress-free experience. The man it extremely talented. We thank you Freddy for treating us and our home with care!
