Luke and his staff at United Cabinets are five star performers! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional, they all helped with our dream Kitchen/Family Room remodeling project. We can't say enough about the service and quality especially the installers Jose and Jonathan, designer Carmen and office personel Debbie. We are very grateful and extremely happy with the work done by United Cabinets.

I typically like to give vendors the benefit of the doubt and sadly United Cabinets failed every opportunity to correct basic errors, sloppy work and repairs. The design process was great and I was super excited about what they proposed to built. The installation was a mess. Sloppy and the poor quality was apparent immediately. After repeated requests, eventually (10months later), they came to fix (drawers not aliened, drawers broken off the rails, poorly constructed, etc. etc.). The cabinets look nice, but feel cheap and poorly fabricated. Truly disappointed and would never recommend using this company again.

Stop your cabinet research and just use United. From design to install all of my questions, designs, apprehensions were tended to professionally and thoroughly. Luke and his team are incredibly talented and the end product is beautiful. I provided a budget and a vision and it was seamlessly executed. I want to create custom projects in my home just so that I may have the opportunity to work with this company again. Thank you Luke and Carmen for all of your time, efforts and energy. My family and I will be enjoying your cabinetry in our home for years to come.

Flawless experience from start to finish. After meeting with multiple kitchen designers and wasting countless hours, we decided it was time to look at custom cabinets. We spend less than an hour explaining to Luke from United Cabinets what we’re looking for and one day later boom - he’s designed us a perfect layout making it look like he didn’t even try that hard. Maybe it’s his experience, maybe it’s because custom cabinets allow for limitless options but it’s probably both. The best part was the cost was comparable to non-custom cabinets which blew me away. Leading up to install the experience continued to be a pleasure. Even though we changed a few things here and there, no worries for United Cabinets and no nickel and dime tactics - price stays the same. Every milestone promised is hit and we’re on track for installation day. Installers, just like the cabinet builders, take pride of workmanship to the next level. Admittedly I’m not a kitchen cabinet guru but I am an engineer who gets obsessive over details. The precision and quality of these cabinets surpasses those in brand new million dollar homes I’ve seen. Final thoughts - I’d like to say ‘you get what you pay for’ but in this case, because the cost premium was marginal, it’s more relevant to say ‘you can have your cake and eat it too’ (in your beautiful new kitchen).

Can be really hard to find a business to create custom building needs. Great experience using United Cabinets in Newington CT. Had a bad experience with another cabinet maker as they started the process with me and then went radio silent. Not United Cabinets, I got a great response from the team at United. Luke came out and assessed my needs for custom cabinets for my bathroom remodel (vanity and conversion of closet to Built-in). I added a shoe cabinet/coat rack for my mudroom laundry room. Luke gave me options and suggestions on how to make it great! Carmen, his CAD designer, worked with me through the details, build, and additional suggestions for the look we wanted. Debbie was a pleasure to deal with regarding install timing and other questions. Keith and Kevin completed a great install with more than expected trimmed out detail. The result is so much better than we could have imagined. Great team, amazing quality, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend United Cabinets! Already sharing with my friends!

Luke made the cabinets for our kitchen remodel and they are beautiful! He helped with the design, offered great suggestions and his guys that did the install were fantastic. We would use him again and definitely recommend United Cabinets!

I had a great experience working with all the staff at United Cabinets. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Luke really helped in cabinet selection, Carmen was perfect in precision of layout of the kitchen. They had so many wonderful suggestions. Jason and the other installer were very nice and so neat and particular w the clean up. They did a marvelous job. The cabinets look beautiful, it was such a dramatic change from my dark cabinets. They answered all my questions along the way as this was a high anxiety project for me. Cabinet install was 2 days. Debbie from the office was so pleasant. Thank you all.
