G&G came to see our project and said we would have feedback and some estimated costs within 2 weeks. We received a call from a designer telling me that she is part-time and isn't giving up her free time or sacrificing her interests. She sent us a drawing of what we told them we wanted, but with no creative input from them and no estimate of any project cost. And here we are 1 month later with nothing. They must be in over their heads. Wasted time.
