PDR Kitchen & Bath

My full condo renovation was a BIG DEAL to me. So, when interviewing a design & construction team, I looked for a kitchen & bath company that would go above and beyond. A talented and patient team that would literally work around me, since I lived & worked from home on-site. Boy, did I find the right team - PDR Kitchen & Bath! I really can’t say enough good things about this first class operation. I had them carry out two renovations, the first being the largest, full kitchen and master bath, and then later, the guest bath. Both renovations were done in a timely and professional manner. I can confirm what the other reviews have said about Dan & Tom. Dan's strength & talent is in work coordination & communication – he kept things moving along and never failed to keep me in the loop. He was on-site just about every day to ensure that there were no surprises or problems. He never failed to consult with me, and if I needed it, he gave me good advice. Dan made living through two on-site renovations painless. All this while also working with the building management downstairs in this condo high rise, and keeping them happy as well. All throughout this process, I can't say enough about how Dan kept me informed about the schedule, and in both cases, the projects were done on time or early. Most renovations are chaos and a stress —Dan is the man who tames that beast, making the whole crazy process easy to live through. The PDR crews were also attentive & courteous. You could tell that PDR takes pride in the work that their subs deliver. Their work was first class, and at the end of every day, they cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all.

We absolutely love our newly remodeled kitchen and would highly recommend Tom and his team at PDR Kitchen and Bath!! Right from the start Nikki was patient and professional as she walked us through the process and thoughtfully designed a beautiful kitchen that maximized the space and made it feel huge. Bob, our project manager was fantastic, communicating and coordinating with his team and our schedules, moving the project along nicely, and was quick to resolve any issue that came up. Every team member and subcontractor that worked on our project had the same professional, high quality standards that Bob and Tom did, including Andres, GE Flooring, Manuel Drywall, Planet Stone, Premier Plumbers, Reggie and Brice with B&B Electrical. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent and all made sure the job was done right!

We hired PDR to do a complete demo and re-build of our kitchen and they did a fantastic job. Our new kitchen is beautiful and has great design features. They handled everything from early design through permitting and construction. They have a great team of talented employees and excellent subcontractors. Once the work began, they kept it moving forward which minimized the time we were without a working kitchen. We highly recommend them.

We researched well before choosing a company to do our master bathroom remodel as we wanted excellent work. We wanted a total gut of what was there – shower, vanity, lights and toilet as well as the floor tile. We chose PDR Kitchen and Bath because of the work quality they showed in the reviews, on-line photos and their showroom. We had an excellent team working with us. We knew exactly what we wanted but the design team were still helpful (thank you Kenny for your input). The Foreman Bob and Owner John came out a few times but we worked mostly with our General Contractor Dan who did an excellent job. They didn’t start our job until everything was selected, ordered and arrived so there weren’t delays after demo started or ‘surprises’ regarding back-orders or discontinued items therefore the job was smooth and timely. Dan did the carpentry work but PDR hires sub-contractors for electrical, plumbing and tile work. That can be scary with some companies but they said they use the same companies and many times the same subs because they do such excellent work – and for us they did. We had Reggie from B&B Electrical who did all of the electric work, Premier Plumbers (Operations Manager Greg Faukner) and had Adam’s team who was Adam, Horacio and Josh. The drywall taper was Joel, tilers Salvador and Alfredo, Cabinet installer Andree, our quartz countertops were from Seashore Granite and Jim from Dynasty Glass installed our tempered glass shower door and custom mirror. All of our faucets, shower head, lighting fixture and toilet came from Fergusons and Henry was very helpful there. ALL the trades mentioned did an excellent job – we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend PDR for your bathroom remodeling job.

We recently had our kitchen renovated with PDR. Our main reason we hired PDR was because of the fantastic Google reviews that we read. After reading so many rave reviews we knew that we chose the right company. The entire staff at PDR was amazing. When I met with Dana Lokker I told her what I was looking for and showed her a few of my pins from Pinterest. She measured then went on her way. A week or so later so revealed the design and I couldn’t believe it. She hit every nail on the head. She even suggested a few things that I never thought of which made the design that much more grand. Demo started and PDR and their subs were all very nice and did quality work. I felt comfortable with everyone in my home. Even though the foot print pretty much stayed the same I have double the amount of storage then I did before because of the design that Dana created. My kitchen, pantry and dry bar is by far more functional then before and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. I would like to personally thank Tom, Bob, Kenny, Dan, Dana, Andres and Carrie as they each had a hand in part of our renovation. They were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend PDR to all of our friends and family. PDR exceeded our expectations and we are over the moon thrilled with our new kitchen!

We recently underwent a LARGE scale kitchen remodel that ultimately ended up being nearly a full home remodel with PDR and I have to say I cannot recommend them enough. We previously had a very small galley style kitchen that was all builder grade and not efficient or any fun to be in, and cooking is my passion. At the end of our kitchen was a nook of sorts that was too small to be utilized as a nook so it sat as empty wasted space with two windows that looked out into the backyard. On the opposite side of the kitchen was the dining room which was walled off and essentially a separate room. On the opposite side of the kitchen wall was our living room with vaulted ceilings that was completely cut off from the kitchen/nook area/dining room. The layout of our house made it almost impossible to entertain, and was an inconvenience for both of us living in the house as the kitchen was too small for two people to be in but if one of us was in the kitchen and the other was anywhere else in the house, you were completely cut off. When we began discussing the idea of remodeling the kitchen, we knew it was going to be a larger project than most people who just replace their cabinets/countertops/backplash etc as we felt the wall between the kitchen and the dining room had to come down or it wasn’t worth doing. I did hours of research into different companies that could do this project for us and after speaking with several different companies, I knew without a doubt that PDR was going to be the best fit for us. I will admit I am excessively detail oriented and I want to be involved in every step, and PDR not only allowed me to be but also encouraged me to be involved every step of the way. Our relationship with PDR began when Dan, the designer, came out to our house to see what we were working with and discuss what we were wanting to do. We explained to him how much we hated the kitchen we had and our frustrations with the wasted space in the nook and the lack of space in the kitchen. We expressed an interest in eliminating one of the windows in the nook to allow the kitchen to extend all the way to the end of the house and I probably bombarded Dan with everything I wanted and exactly how I wanted it to look. Rather than being annoyed or frustrated, which I experienced with other companies, Dan was excited and immediately got to work rendering a beautiful picture to show us what the kitchen we’d discussed would look like. Dan openly encouraged me to participate as much as I wanted and was happy to hear any issues we had or changes we wanted made. He made it easy. Fast forward to the first day of work where I am expecting a group of 10 people to come and destroy my kitchen and make a giant mess of the house. To my surprise I was greeted by Brian who proceeded to dismantle and demo our entire kitchen himself, all the while keeping the mess to a minimum. Every person that stepped foot into our house, from the drywallers, the electricians, the plumber, the HVAC people and everyone else, was licensed, insured, and more respectful to us and our home than I would have ever imagined. Tom, the owner, was involved in almost every step of work at our house, which I was pleasantly surprised by. By the end of the job, we considered Tom, Dan and Brian to be friends of ours who truly built us our dream kitchen. We now have a 13+ foot island with custom posts on one end that Brian built by hand in our front yard, and our back wall of cabinets is probably closer to 20 feet long. I honestly have more space than I know what to do with now! The kitchen is beautiful, it opens up to the living room exactly how we’d dreamed it would and we are so happy every second we get to spend in our new kitchen, although it is more like a totally new home. We are SO grateful to Tom, Dan, Brian and the rest of the PDR team for listening to us and hearing what we really wanted and making it happen. I could not recommend them enough and if I could give them 100 stars I would!

Dan Patton and his team are excellent. Dan went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it even if it meant he had to think of ways to ‘make it work’. I am very happy with the service provided by this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of remodeling/upgrading. Thanks again for a job well done!
