The wood joint is the absolute best service in the world! The owners are top tier with how they handle customer service, their products, and now created life long friends. They will treat you as their own and will deliver the top service and products.
We love our beautiful Wood Joint cabinets, constructed for our new custom home in Sedona. Our designer worked very closely with the Wood Joint staff to create a design that we all love. They met with us frequently during the design process and were very patient with me when choosing the cabinet stain color, since it took many samples to find our just right. They listened to our builder during the installation to meet his exacting specifications and overall made what could have been a very stressful process actually enjoyable. We would definitely work with Wood Joint again.

I and the Wood Joint make some custom shelves for my business. Not only were extremely professional but they exceeded my expectations for my vision! Everyone I dealt with was nothing but professional and friendly. They got my shelves done within the time frame I gave them. The installers took their time putting them in, and were so amazing at making sure everything was just right and to my liking. I would love to work with this family owned business again in the future for all projects! Highly recommend!
Stunning quality walnut bathroom cabinets and mirrors from the Wood Joint. They are a work of art. Service was great, pricing appropriate, installation professional and friendly. They were candid about the manufacture and installation schedule and good to their word. We look forward to working with them on our next cabinet project.

We hired The Wood joint to work with us on our hotel project at Ambiente, Sedona and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! This project was a complex project for timing and they were so responsive and professional and very competitive in price. The quality is top notch and the products they produced for us are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any future projects we do.
I have never as a local business owner had such a poor experience with a local business in Sedona like The Wood Joint. Their quality isn’t the problem it’s their non communication & not returning calls. They need new ownership or replace the family member that schedules appointments. I’ve wasted over 2 months with this company & too many cooks in the kitchen there. They don’t communicate project development with each other & blame it on the customer! One persons tells you one thing & another shares another conversation! Unbelievable & do yourself a favor & choose another business that values their customers. If I treated customers like this I wouldn’t have any customers! I’m in shock this is ok & not to value a past paying customer with better customer service. I won’t be removing my review! As you aren’t telling the truth you came once & our manager Cody was present & our Chef was 5 minutes late! Our manager Cody communicated all our needs clearly as I received a call from your company by the person who took the measurements that you had all the correct information & that he didn’t need to remeasure. He also communicated your company had all the notes & measurements & didn’t need to return & would update our file & email our quote. No quote or call was ever received so I recalled your business again! What a shame you have to blame the customer & maybe look at re vamping your inside communication within your company. Blaming the customer isn’t any kind of customer service & lying is a worse practice! Waisting 2 months was beyond unacceptable to a past local customer with 0 communication.

Dear Robin, our team went your local restaurant, The Secret Garden Cafe, on two occasions to measure your job. Both times you stood us up as well as the manager we were supposed to meet. We cannot provide you an estimate if you are not able to make it to the meetings that you called to schedule. I'm sorry you're taking such action to lash out at us as we've done work for you in the past with someone else that was in charge of repairs and everything went fine. The previous person in charge of repairs showed up to appointments and communicated the details of the project both of which we still have not received after two visits to your restaurant. We wish you all the best and hope you choose to take down this distasteful post as we would never do such a thing to another small business in a small town. Take care.
