Rosedale Concrete Construction Inc

I use this company to build me a 40x80×6 slab for a metal building and to have the anchor bolts installed as per the engineer drawings. The end result is they did not manage the concrete delivery properly so there is huge delays between pores the edges of the whole slab look terrible and the anchor bolts are all off. Was dealing with Mark about these issues because it seems like he's the one in charge and all he could do was blame me and tell me it's my fault because I am an owner Builder and that makes me responsible for their poor workmanship. What really made it even worse was they didn't even come out to see the issues to try and correct them all they did was blame me and the end result was I had to get it repaired somewhere else I highly recommend you use a different company this company does not stand by their product their quality of work and they just lie and make excuses for their mess ups

Was very impressed with the quality of work that was done. I had an extension of my drive-way poured. After seeing the quality I then had a extension of my backyard side drive with a slab for a new shed. Awesome job!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Rosedale Concrete Construction Inc. with the job pulling up our front porch and pouring a new patio in the front of our home. The crew was all very friendly and were even early to the job each day. Their communication was great and they were flexible with us in regards to scheduling as well as last minute changes. They were very accommodating to our requests for a spot to put our family's hand/footprints. The quality of work is beyond excellent and far exceeded any expectations I had. They left the job site cleaner/better than they found it. They were quick and efficient. Thank you to Pancho and his team that made this easy for our family! I've had Rosedale Concrete pour about 35 yds of concrete around my house in an area with very expansive soil. The last small job they did for us lifted at a joint with another slab, we didn't want to cut out and replace the lifted part (which was an option) but instead elected for the edge to ground flat. Rosedale sent out a crew (at no cost to us) who completed the work in short order. We were very happy with the results.
