Apex Concrete Pumping

I had a concrete project extending my driveway and building a garage pad. The concrete contractor scheduled Apex after I requested the overweight concrete truck not drive on my existing driveway. Problem #1- When I arrived home from work, the Apex pump truck was parked at the entrance of my driveway which defeated the purpose of them being hired in the first place. Problem #2- The Apex truck leaked about half a gallon of hydraulic oil all over my driveway. The crew did not clean this up before leaving. This took me two hours to clean up and the concrete is now stained. Problem #3- The Apex crew decided to "wash out" the lines in the grass. Not cool at all. Concrete projects are messy and I get it. The concrete did get pumped as scheduled. This company should have done a better job cleaning up their mess and maintaining their truck. David - I was an automotive/diesel technician for 20+ years and I certainly know what an oil leak looks like. The pool of oil was directly under the front of the truck with "APEX" on the doors. Thank goodness it was clear oil and not old, black diesel engine oil. Trust me, if I would have seen this I wouldn't have paid the guy until it was cleaned up properly. My recommendation is to not park on anyone's concrete driveway. Thank you.

Rob, 1. Your concrete contractor told us where to park the pump. 2. Our trucks don't leak fluid and if it did we would gladly clean it up if we had know about the situation. We have pumped many jobs and you are the only one complaining about a leak. 3. We always roll our lines out where they lay and it is your concrete contractor who is responsible for cleaning it up out of the grass. Sorry you feel like you had a bad experience with Apex but I believe the job got pumped. So if it was not as clean as you would like, talk to your concrete contractor. If you would have tried to contact us we would have gladly tried to resolve the issues.
