W.R. Johnson LLC Concrete Conctruction

If you need concrete work done, do not hire Will Nelson of WR Johnson LLC I contemplated not posting this, but the fact is I paid good money for a job that was not completed. I gave Mr. Nelson 10 days to respond to my text or phone calls. The work they did has a few flaws that he assured would get fixed. They left without picking up their concrete guide boards, did not put the fence back up or the trash barrier and left old dirt on top of trash, concrete chunks etc. They also did not come back and cut expansion joints, so I hope that’s not an issue down the road. I was 3 weeks post-surgery and had to go out and do all this myself. The lack professionalism shown was astonishing. I paid this gentleman before completion because I knew he was having a hard time and needed cash. I used him over other companies because I prefer small business. This is my lesson learned, because there is no store front to go too, or boss to contact.
