Chris McBride is an absolute professional ! He called the day of the appointment (7 May) to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and made an immediate positive impression with his dress and polite manners. He was attentive to my issues and described the process of the evaluation. He completed on time and explained the details of his evaluation. He left his card and told me that I would be receiving a written report and to call if I had any questions or afterthoughts. It was our pleasure to meet with Chris McBride today. We had noticed a couple of concerns in our home's foundation and after doing some research, we made an appointment for an inspector to come out. Chris informed us about the company: Alpha Foundations. He did a lengthy inspection and explained what needed to be done to protect our home. He told us of our options. There was no "high pressure sales", just information. We are very pleased with this part of the process. Within a short time, Chris Walker came with his crew to do the work of repairing the foundation on our home. Both sides of the front had cracks down the concrete blocks. Chris was the ultimate professional in his work and took time to explain what was done to make our home safe again. His crew Kesley and Webber were guided throughout the process in order to ensure the job was done correctly. All were courteous and cleaned up the area where they worked before leaving.

Outstanding service from Sam Martin! I am a small business owner (custom sign shop) since 1996 and good quality service and product is hard to fine. What a relief. We had the original project done last fall and it settled (naturally) and they came back, relifted and now I can paint and enjoy the pool & deck and not worry. 10 🌟 stars! When we hired them we were told they could lift our sunken pool patio edge. We put a deposit then they came and basically “supported” patio but not lift our problem area. That is the entire reason we hired them. Be cautious because the sales man will say things that the technicians say they cant do so we wasted 5k. Also, they have so many good reviews because the technicians get a $100 bonus if reviewed same day and $50 if another day from installation. So most ppl review because they feel bad. So now we are back to square one and need to hire someone else… if they respond with some nonsense don’t listen. My review is the truth… we were told it’d be fixed but tech said no, Wasted $$ When the salesman came back he even said, “ yea we can do a better job than that..” and tech came after again and said no there are risks.. its ridiculous. Also uses this metal rod tapping to check emptiness but doesnt do it after filling to support to check if areas were filled.. fishy. When we made him do it afterwards, many areas were not filled.

Alpha foundations did a beautiful Job lifting and stabilizing 6 of my driveway panels and 3 sidewalk panels after Hurricane Ian jumbled my driveway like a crazy concrete puzzle. Very happy with the service..! Professional and easy to communicate with. Service with a smile. Thanks so much.

Such a breath of fresh air to find a company that has workers like Sam Martin and Malcolm S. who worked together as a team to fix our driveway and front walkway. They did what Juan said needed to be done to level both areas for us. The driveway was down almost 5 inches from the other part of the driveway. Would recommend this team!
