Five years ago we had our crawlspace encapsulated with Low Country Foundation (LCF). Best decision we could have made. Significant improvement in humidity control, cleanliness, ease of access and maintenance. We added lights in the crawlspace for convenience for annual LCF and HVAC checkups. The encapsulation and lights make the crawlspace light and cheery down below. Our local LCF technician Nick D. is great; responsive, knowledgeable, and always friendly to talk with. We haven't had any issues with the encapsulation or crawlspace. We are happy with Low Country Foundation.

Am impressed with the level of service I've received since the installation (3 years). Had my dehumidifier go out and called it in. Nick came out and replaced the unit under warranty very quickly. Highly recommend them.

When it came to the system maintenance he was swift and efficient and clearly explained his process. Deon is very professional!! He came in I showed him the problem and he explained all the steps that would be taken to prevent the problem. I found this company from a commercial; you guys need to include him on one!! He is a true definition of excellent customer service. If I had to rate his customer service and professionalism he would definitely get a ten star.

Luis, Darwin, & Bryan were exceptional!!! We bought an older home that was poorly renovated and were stuck with huge foundation issues! Luis walked me through every step and answered all of my questions thoroughly! He never made me feel like the questions I asked were insignificant or a bother!! When any adjustments needed to be made to the plan he discussed them with me in detail and showed me why the decisions were made. Everyone we’ve encountered at Lowcountry has been transparent, kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this business and especially the team that worked on our home to anyone! We got three different quotes and I’m so happy we went with this company.
