I scheduled an appointment for 10a.m. At 10:15 a.m. I called to see where they were at? I was told the person I had the appointment with was helping to paint a house. I said I had an appointment at 10. I was told he would be right over. In a minute I got a call from the person I was to meet with. He needed my address again. I commented that typically when a business is going to be 15+ minutes late they call client; not the client needing to call them. He evidently didn’t hear & said what. I said never mind & asked how long it would take for him to get to my place, he said 20 minutes. I responded with a wow; surprised that my 10 o’clock appointment would now be 10:45. He rudely said “hey if this is going to be a rush, forget about it” & hung up on me. Most unprofessional company I have experienced.
