Had foundation issues and cracks appeared on the interior walls. Called Ken Coleman who visited the property, analyzed the situation, explained everything in detail and provided the estimates. Ken Coleman came by and did a thorough inspection. He determined the outside corner of the house wasn't sinking it was and area more towards the center of the home that settled. He said though it settled almost evenly across the entire length. Ultimately his recommendation was that the cracks in the walls weren't due to the settling and I should just fix them. In other words he managed to talk me out of hire him. His honesty was very appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend.
