This company from the first phone call for an estimate to completion has been phenomenal. Eric Sauls showed up and gave us an estimate, he fully explained every step of the process to include a short video. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. He then scheduled the work to be done within the next week. Ryan and his crew (Phil and Shelby) called the day prior to give an estimated time of arrival. When they showed up they got to work immediately, we offered drinks to keep them hydrated through the heat. Really impressed with the skill and teamwork these guys have. Before they were done Alex and Jeff showed up to assist and shoot the poly under the slab to fill the space after lifting the slab back to level. Very happy with this company and even more with the employees they have on their team. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything. Now we can retile our house without the fear of it cracking. Thank you

From start to finish everyone at Alpha Foundations was amazing! Spencer (Design Tech) and Clay (Crew Foreman) were both very courteous and professional, answering questions and letting us know exactly what they were going to do/doing. Scheduling was quick and the job was completed in a timely manner. You can tell that customer service is top priority for these guys. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has foundation issues.

After having multiple foundation repair companies come out for estimates and repair plans, I chose Alpha Foundations, and I could not have chosen a better company to repair my foundation! I worked with Eric initially on getting the estimate and he gave me the confidence in choosing Alpha Foundation for the job. Clint, James, Patrick, and Zach came out for the repair and were incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional. They went beyond their job duties to give excellent results, answered all my questions, and gave advice to prevent future foundation issues. I had a 3.5 inch drop on one side of my house from a foundation issue and they were able to bring it up within an inch. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations for your foundation repair needs. After the piers were placed, two days later Alex and Clay came out to shoot foam under the floors. They were incredibly polite and professional as well. I cannot say enough about this Alpha Foundations team! It was an all around 5 star process. I attached a before and after picture of the large crack in my brick veneer wall that occurred as a result from my foundation problem as well as a crack in the foundation that closed up nicely.

I have nothing but good to say about Alpha Foundation starting with getting an appointment set up to Eric Saul's who came out and gave us an estimate, to the crew of Clint, James and Pat. They showed up when they said they were coming and worked non stop until the day was over. They said when they would be back the next day and they were here. They again worked non stop until the job was finished. They were very professional and very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

How could this possibly work? We were skeptical, but now believers! A big thank you to Alex, Chance, Dylan, Jordan, & Chris - the best crew we’ve ever met! Alpha Foundations was a great choice for us to repair some settling issues with our driveway, garage, & front porch. They were prompt to get us on the schedule (thanks Eric), extremely professional, and they allowed us the time to discuss our concerns prior to beginning the project. We couldn’t have asked for more. We are extremely pleased with the services we received from Alpha Foundations. From beginning to end, our experience with this company was excellent! Our patio was severely cracked and unlevel in a few different spots, and it continued to get worse over time. We knew we needed to get the patio repaired or consider ripping it out completely and starting over. We reached out online to Alpah Foundations to request a free estimate for a concrete patio releveling job. I was contacted promptly and an appointment was set up. For the estimate, Howard S. came to our home, took measurements and photos and prepared a detailed estimate for us. We were shown a video that explains the procdeure and he answered any questions we had about the proposed job. He was prompt and courteous and gave us a great explanation of what they could do to repair our cracked and unlevel patio area. Repairing the patio was much more cost effective than ripping out out and re-doing it. We were happy with the quote and approved the job immediatly and and appointment for the repair was set up. Our repair technicians, Alex & Dylan, touched base the day before the appointment to confirm the date and time. I always appreciate a reminder and they showed up exactly when promised! They reviewed the job with us and made sure we were all on the same page regarding the proposal and work to be completed. They stayed in contact throughout the job process to let us know what they were doing next, and upon completion they reviewed what they did, they answered our questions about post care, and they left the jobsite perfectly clean. We really appreciate this top notch professional team and we definetley recommed that you give Alpha Foundations a call if you should ever need their services. It's very rare in this day and age to receive amazing service from begining to end. From the moment I contacted Alpha Foundations I received nothing but professionalism and excellence, from the lady who answered my call to the on-site crew. Eric Sauls came out and explained everything in detail and emailed me a comprehensive project summary the same day so there were no surprises or hidden costs. He was very kind and professional. I was out of town often and he worked around my schedule and never made me feel pressured in any way. They offered a discount and had payment options available. The crew that came out (Chance Maxwell, Chris, and Jordan) was exceptionally professional. I offered them cold drinks (super hot day) and to use my restroom and they refused both and said they were good. The crew explained everything they were doing and even allowed me to take photos of the process because it is a very cool process to watch. Chance, Chris, and Jordan had to remove a wood fence to reach an area and when they put it back - it actually looked better than it did before (thanks guys!). I feel 100% more secure in my home now knowing that it will not sink and crack anymore. Two of my neighbors used Alpha Foundations before me and both of those gentlemen were 100% satisfied with their work, professionalism, and the crew’s work ethic.

Eric came out to give me the estimate and was friendly and accommodating. They were flexible with scheduling my install date to fit my work schedule. Clint, James and Taylor arrived on time for the install and were very nice and explained what they were doing. They were respectful, efficient and friendly.
