Philip and Mike Guild are the nicest guys I’ve ever worked with on a project. They were punctual, good at communicating their schedule, and so helpful in every way. When I changed my mind about the railing style I’d picked, I worried half the night about telling them. But it was unnecessary, as they just made the change and didn’t make me feel at all bad. Their company and staff are just great! In fact, I just recommended them to a friend who needs work done on her deck.

It was a joy working with this fine group of trustworthy people. The deck turned out beautifully.

We had multiple contractors out to our home and we were immediately impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Philip and Mike. They did a fantastic job on our huge, front deck and we’re still receiving compliments after a whole year. We can’t say enough about what fine young men they are and the quality of their work. We couldn’t be happier and would have them work on our home anytime. We HIGHLY recommend them!

We recently had Philip & Mike, of Prescott Lifestyle Decks, replace an existing deck & deck railing. We are very pleased with the professionalism of contacting them for a bid and obtaining a contract. Philip's & Mike's communication was excellent! I found the Brother Guilds to be very reliable, competent, and professional throughout the completion of my project. They were competitive in there pricing, and meticulous in their workmanship. They began my project and finished the project as agreed. I highly recommend them.

You know that feeling when you get a good car mechanic who will diagnose exactly what’s wrong and bill a fair rate? That’s these guys but for decks. I had to get parts of a couple old decks replaced quickly, and they fit me in on short notice into their busy schedule. They patiently answered my many questions, gave a reasonable quote for the job for the area, and, most importantly, did a great job on the decks.

The Brothers Guild (Prescott Lifestyle Decks) di a FANTASTIC job of removing our out HUGE second floor deck and repairing and replacing it with new trex materials. They came in ON TIME and right ON BUDGET. The entire crew was polite and accomodating. All contractors should be this easy to to work with! Thanks guys!!!

I originally posted a review with one star as I hadn't heard from anyone after an online submittal and a voice message. I've heard from the company, they showed up on time to meet for a quote, made sure to inquire as to what/how I wanted the deck replaced. I was advised a quote would take about two weeks and that they are currently scheduling work into Sept. I want to be fair in what I post in a review so have revised this to reflect responsiveness. I'm in a holding pattern for the quote and if I use the company for the deck work I'll update for the end result.
