There were some adjustments made during the project that he was able to handle(moving the stairs, repositioning the rails to accommodate a gazebo), which made the final deck project a resounding success. Seth and his crew of pros remodeled our old wooden deck and converted it to a beautiful low maintenance Trex deck. Their workmanship and attention to details were outstanding. Seth is very particular about his work and always wants to do things right. He listened carefully to what we wanted and then added some of his own ideas to make it better. I highly recommend Seth for any deck project. When I hire a contractor I care about two things: quality of work and follow through. Seth delivered both at the highest level. We are not design pros so Seth took the time to help us with the design of our deck, giving lots of input on what Trex materials he suggested, sizing, and shape. He was highly responsive throughout a time consuming permit approval process with my town. Seth committed to a start date and finish date, and he delivered. I have friends right now who paid for a deck build before me, and they are still getting their start dates pushed back every week with last minute communication from their contractor. Not Seth- he's highly reliable and cares about doing great work on a timely schedule. Check out our deck pictures below. A dream, right? He did a beautiful job in a space that was not easy to work with and required lots of custom cutting/shaping. Last, but certainly not least, Seth and his team are kind people. They got to know my kids, became my dog's best friends, and were lovely to talk with. I've already hired Seth for additional carpentry work, and you should too.

Seth and his team are amazing. He would check in everyday to ensure both parties are on the same page and made sure we were OK with the work being done. His pricing is very fair and the final product is awesome! He went above and beyond and removed a HUGE rock so the stairs would land on the soft grass. That rock ended up being several hundred pounds! Super nice guy. Very VERY excited to have some parties on the new (bigger!) deck this summer. I would totally recommend his service. 100%. Anyone in the Columbia, Hebron, Andover, Willimantic I would recommend. He was at our house when he said he was going to be there and always left his job site clean and organized...ready for the next day. Can't thank him enough.
