Jared and his crew did such a fabulous job replacing our pool deck. He listened to our concerns regarding cost and function and came up with better ideas to save us money, while still creating a beautiful outdoor space. He was flexible in his timeline with coordinating with the pool company and very communicative. His crew members were cheerful and the site was thoroughly cleaned up upon completion. I highly recommend West Georgia Decks.

Great experience all around. Old deck was not built anywhere near code, so wanted someone with experience to get the permits and do the work right. They did not disappoint! Great communication through the whole process, and the team were very professional.

Well Done! Michael came out and gave us info and pricing for our project which was removing old deck and replacing with larger(14x25)deck with a roof. He was very attentive to what we wanted and knowledgeable of materials and time frames. Unfortunately we had this done during the Christmas and New Year holidays and then very cold and rainy weather that delayed the project but Jared and the crew made the best of the situation. The deck and roof is very well build and very stable. We are very pleased with the outcome. Jared was very helpful and knows his craft. Will recommend this company to anyone who needs a deck, sunroom, porch etc.

Absolute top notch service from start to finish. We had been wanting to redo our deck for some time. We looked around and were impressed with West GA Decks. They were one of the only companies to publicly post their prices online. We had several quotes and while they were not the absolute cheapest, they were by far the most comprehensive. Richard came out and gave us several ideas and options. We had an older deck with a pergola that was rotting and wanted to start over with a completely covered deck. When Jared, the owner called me and gave his suggestions I knew we were in good hands. He was extremely responsive to any question or concern I had. He was amazing at returning texts no matter the time! The entire process from start to finish took approximately 4 weeks which was exactly what I was quoted at the beginning. The workers were so hard working; they were there on time every day and almost never stopped. They had our old deck completely demolished in 1 day! They were very friendly and answered any questions my wife or I had whenever we would go outside. When it was completed, they cleaned up the entire yard and hauled everything away. Jared was very helpful with some changes we wanted to make along the way. We changed some of the electrical things on the deck, as well as wrapping the bottom to make it look better. The final cost was actually lower than the initial estimate! Everything from start to finish has been so effortless and easy. I cannot recommend them enough. We don't plan on redoing our deck again any time soon, but if we do I will definitely give them a call. Thank you Jared!
