Loved Titan Construction! From start to finish the whole team was incredibly responsive. My husband and I closed in a previously existing, screened in porch with windows, insulation new flooring, and a mini split. Although there was a few delays due to supply chain issues, Titan was always on top of things and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! Thank you to Patrick and Daniel for all of your professionalism, and a beautiful finished product! I would highly recommend TITAN! .

Titan Contracting was great! They had the old deck down and the new deck up in less than 2 days, including cleanup! We also had doors replaced. Replaced a slider with French doors, a new beautiful wood front door and storm door, and a new back door. They are all beautiful, exactly what we wanted! These were all done in 1 day. After all the work was done, we noticed a chip in one of the new deck boards. Titan replaced it quickly with no cost to us. We would definitely recommend Titan. They will be the first call if we need anything else.

We replaced all of our doors and storm doors. The first guy we hired ghosted us, and several neighbors recommended Titan. Patrick responded IMMEDIATELY to my phone call and online request. His quote was very reasonable, and he was able to schedule the install within a week of our having all the necessary materials. The install was yesterday, and the crew was GREAT. Patrick himself came today to inspect the work. EVERYONE was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had three sets of steps and an outdoor deck replaced. Patrick and his crew are professional, courteous and pay attention to detail. They are also punctual, when they say they will be out, they show up. We highly recommend this company for any of your home projects. We hired Titan Contracting to replace our old wooden deck with a composite deck. We contacted several companies and chose Titan because they were the most professional and responsive, preparing an estimate by the next day. The price was reasonable and they were able to begin work in the time frame we were hoping for. The work crew was professional and prompt and did a quality job. We are very satisfied with our new deck and would not hesitate to use Titan Contracting for our next project.

Titan Contracting recently completed a 12’ x 22’ deck on my home in Milton, DE. I selected Titan Contracting, LLC, after reviewing several contractor reviews on Google. I was impressed with Titan’s 5 star reviews and called the owner, Patrick Speese, to provide an estimate for the job. I was totally impressed with the Patrick’s professionalism. I sensed some prior military training and asked the question…are you former military? He responded, yes, former Marine. As a former military member, he gained a notch immediately. Working with Patrick was an amazing experience. He provided the plan and estimate for the project within 24 hours. Everything was done digitally. Patrick worked with me to provide all plans/specifications and assurances (i.e., business license, proof of insurance and workman’s comp) required by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). He responded to all questions and requests for information/documents within hours. Once I received ARC approval, I signed the contract. Patrick estimated that the work would begin within about one month, given his backlog of work and need to order materials. Work commenced according to schedule. The foreman for the project was ‘Kyle.’ He was also excellent to work with. There was one glitch on the project. When Patrick came by initially to provide the estimate, we discussed the color of the Trex decking. I explained that my wife wanted the color to be the same as we had on the screened porch. Patrick indicated that the color was ‘Madeira.’ When the materials showed up, it was clear that the color that was ordered was not the same as the decking on the porch. The porch deck color was ‘Woodland Brown.’ Rather than postpone the project, Titan proceeded to construct the deck with the decking material that had been ordered. Patrick took ownership of the mistake and said…’I’ll order the correct color, but I don’t want to delay your enjoyment of the deck!’ Patrick ordered the correct decking color the same day. His crew proceeded to complete the job, which was completed within 5 days. Every man on the crew was excellent. One of the guys on the crew ‘Justin’ was a former submariner and the experience showed in his work ethic and desire to get things done correctly…amazing guy. The correct decking arrived within one week. As soon as the decking arrived, the crew was back at it and completed the job within two days. Titan did a wonderful job! My wife and I are totally thrilled with the outcome! Rarely in my life has my experience with a contractor or any service provider been this amazing. I cannot recommend Titan Contracting more highly! I wish Patrick Speese and his amazing crew much health and good fortune!

I needed new steps added to my existing deck. I found this company through a Google search and I’m glad I did. Kyle and his guys did a great job in a timely fashion. Would give him 6 stars
