Deck World repaired and replaced my old deck which was good structurally, but had cosmetic and safety issues. The rebuild work was done quickly, expertly, and carefully, with lots of attention to detail! They were easy to work with and provided a a new deck and stairs using quality maintenance free products. I would definitely do business with them again.
They may make great decks, but getting the estimate is almost impossible.Two weeks ago David promised to provide an estimate for me.But he never provided it.Promises, promises and promises. Then he simply stopped responding to messages.Wasted time. Response to your complaint Stop lying. I asked for an estimate for a small deck on one side of the house, and a large deck on the other side of my house. If I had immediately received an answer that my project was too small for you, I would not have wasted my time writing a review. And you shouldn’t judge me just because of my reviews. This way you show yourself as a very narrow-minded person.

Dear future Deck World customer reading this review. We have a minimum job amount that V A was made aware his project would not meet. He insisted on getting a price anyway. David should have been more firm with our policy, instead of letting V A lead and telling him ok. We cannot allocate time and resources to every person that wants a free estimate. With a large, highly specialized crew, focusing on composite and aluminum railing, small wood porches would be better suited for a handy man service (or an awning company, in which he left a good review for). If you click on V A's name you will see that he has left over a dozen bad reviews. Literally, what happy human being does that? We take extreme levels of pride in our craftsmanship. We have installed more decks than anyone in NC or SC the last 3 years running. Based off of sheer volume and experience, our skill level cannot be purchased on the open market else where. With over 300 decks under our belt, we can provide you with first class service, however, we do have a process. Thank you for taking the time to read these, we look forward to working with you. Very pleased with the aluminum railing Deck World installed on our deck. Job was completed on time and when promised. A big thank you to Blake, David, and Maggie for helping us through the process.
We added stairs to our back deck and they turned out beautifully. Blake made sure the 5 year old deck and new stairs were a perfect match. His crew did an amazing job. The end result is a perfect match. Hard to find real craftsmen nowadays. But this outfit is just that. Great job thanks!
Highly recommend. We wanted a screened porch to replace our old wood deck. Deck World provided options in design to achieve our dream. They even worked with us to put in a dog door so our German Shepherd could freely roam in and out! The quality of workmanship is fantastic and well beyond anything we could have imagined. The composite material and aluminum railing are tough, durable and pleasing to the eye. The work crew was super professional and always open to talk about the project. Any questions were answered rapidly and we were always kept up-to-date with what was happening next through the whole process. We will always recommend Deck World to anyone. We are very happy with our screened porch and looking forward to years of relaxation outside.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the construction of our deck by Deck World. They were very responsive during both the design and construction processes. The crew was very thorough thru the entire construction job and very professional. We recommend Deck World to anyone who is considering work to be done either adding or replacing their deck.
Replaced a composite deck that was essentially installed incorrectly. I was very impressed with their work throughout the process. The workers were all very good. Deck looks great. I would use them again.
You get what you pay for in more things, but my experience with DeckWorld is they delivered beyond what they promised, phenomenal quality furniture like craftsmanship, we are extremely happy we did not go with Other contractors that were trying to underbid each other. Our beautiful big deck will outlive us!
