There aren't enough stars for a Deck Remodelers review. They get 10 + in our book. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Following them on instagram to our 1st consult with Sean McAleer we were sure we picked the right company. Sean & his team created a vision for us that we couldn't wait to see the final result - and when I tell you...WE LOVE our DECK.... and it's not even Spring/Summer yet. We have done a lot of construction projects but never have we seen such a well oiled engine working with Deck Remodelers- there communication and design tools were top notch - everything was in one place.... It felt like we were working with family and friends. We had the best site supervisors (Seth & Brendan) we hated to see the project complete. Although we miss them....We are enjoying our Backyard Oasis (rain/shine/and cold). Thank you Sean and your awesome team. Everyone we worked with was AMAZING. Each time we step out onto our amazing outdoor oasis, we are reminded of the all the designing, planning and constructing that puts Sean and his team at the top. My wife found Deck Remodelers on Instagram and was impressed with their unique innovative designs, especially the circular style decks, fire features and stone work. From the moment we contacted and met with Sean, we knew Deck Remodelers would be the right company to enhance our lakefront property. Seeing the deck, stone paver patio/walkway/stairs, come to life from Sean’s vision of what we wanted on a 3D rendering, still blows me away. There were certainly many challenges to overcome, getting the right permits, the sloping grade of our property and an unforeseen structural issue with our sunroom(which they went above and beyond to fix)from years of neglect from previous homeowner. The team was very professional, communicated well and overcame each challenge with expert skill. They use master craftsmen to create works of art, backed up by a solid management and production staff. Also the tornado torches are a must for the wow factor that only Deck Remodelers can deliver. I had the company do a pergola and kitchen in 2018. They did a fantastic job and I enjoy the pergola almost every day. After construction, there were a few minor issues, but these were dealt in a prompt and efficient manner. Everyone in the team was very responsive. I strongly recommend this company.

Always responsive and friendly. We remodeled our back patio and had 3 large electric louvered pergolas installed. That was back in 2017. Everything has worked perfectly and continues to work with absolutely no problems. Were we needed a little touch up here/there, the team at Deck Remodelers did not hesitate to show up and get it done. Really appreciate everything they have done for us.

I don't give out a lot of reviews but really - my experience with Deck Remodelers was great. I never felt like I was out of the loop or in the lurch, they made sure everything was communicated on time and proactively even when there were delays. The end result is fantastic. We love the outcome and couldn't be happier to have an outdoor space we can use almost the whole year. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Sean and the Deck Remodelers team helped us design an amazing new deck. The new deck and pergola allows us to now enjoy our outdoor space in all sorts of weather and really feels like a brand new addition to our house. The finished product exceeded all of our expectations which had some logistical challenges to overcome given our outdoor space. We have gotten lots of compliments from our friends and family and look forward to using the space for years to come. We would highly recommend working with Sean and his team!

Deck Remodelers is more than a deck company. They are truly an outdoor space company from A to Z! We were extremely satisfied with all phases of our project! We had interviewed a number of "outdoor space" companies and have never looked back once we went with Sean & Deck Remodelers. From the initial meeting, Sean cared about what we wanted and not necessarily what he thought was easiest. He truly designs a personalized space that is in line with your wishes and commensurate to your budget. He coordinates architecturally, ecstatically, and practically and never stops striving to impress you. At that point, much of the day-to-day work was handed off to his project manager Michael who did a glowing job. He is always available, easy to engage, skilled, reliable, and honestly just a wonderful gentleman. Both he and Sean provide amazing customer service and are extraordinarily trustworthy. We met also with Kim who helped design our kitchen and she again was on par in terms of outstanding customer service and availability. As with any large project, there are expected hiccups and unforeseen issues that come up along the way. Michael and Sean were always on our team and made sure our dream outdoor space was finished in the way we all imagined it. The bottom line is they cared about the project as much as we did! Every morning when I look out onto our outdoor space I realize I have something very few people have thanks to Deck Remodelers. I cannot wait to get home from work and spent time there every evening with the family. Recommend them with my highest level of support with 0 concerns.

Beyond happy with my new deck and pergola! Sean and his team paid the highest attention to detail and provided excellent craftsmanship. They worked with me on design challenges and made sure that I was happy with each step of the process. They always left the work area neat and clean and were on site every possible day to complete the job in a timely manner. Kudos to Mike, the project manager and the artisans who clearly took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.
