Deck and Patio TuneUp

I had a great experience with Deck and Patio TuneUP 1st with Sherri who came to my home and sent me a quote fast. Once the HOA gave me the approval, I was put on the books for installation. Material was delivered the day before, however, it was put on my front lawn. Not to cause a problem with the HOA, I called Brandon and within no time, he and Dino came and moved it to the back. Anytime I called Brandon with a question, he always answered the phone - FANTASTIC customer service. I am very pleased with my new deck - it's beautiful. The crew, Dino and Brando were awesome thought out the entire install. BTW I would definitely recommend Deck and Patio TuneUp.

It's gorgeous, and we couldn't ask for better customer service and construction team that designed and installed our Pergola. Jeff was great from the time we had him at the house for consultation. He was very accommodating with ideas and changes. Dino, supervisor, was very attentive and kept us informed every step of the way. Jacob and his crew did great work. We could be more excited about our new outdoor area and look forward to the warm weather do we can utilize the space. Thanks guys.

Not only are the owners knowledgeable and easy to work with their crews are excellent, capable and very detail oriented. I would recommend them to do any deck work you may have. Any questions they had about how I wanted my deck to look they would offer me choices as to how they could construct the deck. Always with my interest first. This deck is so solidly built I could park a truck on it. Love it. Check out these pics.

We had a great experience with Mark, Dino, and the crew. The deck they installed was awesome and just what we wanted. A few months after they were done some of the top rails began to sag. They filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer but unfortunately that company didn't cover the defective parts. However, DPTU came back out and made it right, everything is great again. It is nice to know there are still some companies like DPTU that back up their work and product, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is served well. I would 100% recommend Deck and Patio Tune Up!

We wanted to add on a screen room and we are glad that we hired Deck and Patio TuneUp to do the work. They built a solid deck and vaulted the ceiling to tie in well with our existing roofline. The interior ceiling is beautiful, and the overall structure fits well with our existing home. Professional business with crews who take pride in craftsmanship. We are glad that they were willing to take on this deck and screen room project in Holly Ridge! This room is a great addition to the home and well worth the investment!

DPTU were great to work with, Jeff met with us and looked at our layout and gave us prices with options for all wood and a synthetic deck material. We opted for the synthetic for looks and durability. Paul, harry, Deano, and Curtis worked hard through some very hot weather, but there was no detail they missed. I an very pleased and recommend Deck and Patio Tune Up to anyone.
