First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner "Dave House" needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a "must" for you. Raven's the best. I have been working with the team for years. They have resolved an intermittent power issue with a dishwasher, upgraded garage/shop lighting, identified and addressed a safety issue with a breaker, installed a generator, including all the permits, trenching, annual maintenance, all while dealing with a 40+ years old electrical system. The after hours on-call availability is good too. One call I made involved great troubleshooting over the phone so I could keep working on a project, with a recommendation for a specific electrical testing device to have on hand if the same thing happened in the future, and no charge for the time on the phone. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to getting the job done every person on the team brings expertise, commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on customer service.

Our electrician was Matt and he went above and beyond to not only diagnose and help with our electrical problems, but also gave fantastic advice for other problems as well as networking with people in the community for us. I am extremely pleased with Raven electrics help in a stressful time.

I previously called another electrical company with 279 5 star reviews to repair my service entrance damaged by heavy snow that slid over my cricket protection braking my weatherhead and shorting cables. Chugach disconnected me and pulled my meter. That company said it would take a week to get a Chugach engineer and muni inspections. They said they'd set up and rent me a generator and it would cost $5000 to $10000 to fix and my homeowners insurance will cover it. I felt like they had me over a barrel so I called Raven. They were out promptly and had everything taken care of in a few hours for less than their $1000 estimate. They even gave me a 10% senior discount.

The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Roxanne, the electrician was kind, courteous and very efficient. We also was told about other issues and will differently follow up with them. I recommend Raven and Roxanne.

Roxanne was our electrician from Raven Electric Nov. 2, 2023. Such a professional, knowledgeable young lady!! We had several complicated issues to fix and she fixed them all!
