KB Electric has very high review ratings for a reason: they are very professional, courteous, arrive on time, communicate well, and do what they promise to do. We had a failing fluorescent kitchen fixture. We discussed various options and went with removing the ballast and rewiring the fixture to support LED tubes. We are very happy. Thanks, KB Electric!

Pat and Peyton arrived on time, did great work, quickly and cleaned up well after themselves. Price came in lower than I expected and quite reasonable. I would note that you can't pay with a card at time of service which is slightly inconvenient in today's times but still highly recommend.
This was a great experience! They were very easy to get along with and definitely customer service friendly. I had cannister lights installed outside of my house. Day of install, while they're working I call to see if they can also put a timer on the lights and program it. They did it promptly. I will definitely be working with them in future.

Today's team came out to my mom's house in Shreveport. They were the most courteous and knowledgeable team. They answered questions and were able to get the electrical work done in a timely manner Thank you, Jeremy, Clint, Alex, Patrick and Drew! A job well done.

The estimate was fair and they did what they said they would do. When I had a minor problem with the power meter they fixed it under warranty the next day after the new meter arrived. I’m totally pleased!

Office Staff as well as Field Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. K&B electric made a couple of attempts to move my appointment up a couple of days unfortunately I was unable to accommodate them, however they did change my appointment time to first thing this morning and resolved my issue in a timely professional manner! Only thing I can say was I was told I would be receiving a phone call prior to Technician arriving which I did not receive but Technician did show up promptly at the designated time. Only recommendation I would have would be possibly extending office hours to afford K&B Electric more business opportunities. I would highly recommend K&B Electric for all your electrical needs.
