Excellent across the board! Good communication from start to finish including picture and details on the electrician they dispatched. We got Dean. I’d bet money Dean is their best guy. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and superb personality! Talked me through everything before he got started and was done quick. Thank you Dean!

22 Apr 24 My day started off with a leaking water heater (a long story but this review about Luminous). I would need three things, a new water tank, a plumber and an electrician. I reached out to my preferred plumber and they responded… I secured my preferred AO Smith 900 Series Hybrid heat pump water tank from my local box store (a review of that store is forthcoming). At 4PM I reached out to my preferred electrician and requested service but was told they don’t do emergency calls, I reminded the call taker it was 4PM, but that had little effect. The plumber handed me a card for Luminous and I called and they said they could send an electrician!! Shermond arrived and assessed the situation and after the plumber connected the water tank, Shermond began connecting the electric components. The entire job was done in one day and after all was said and done I am a happy camper because I have HOT water and two of three preferred companies rose to the challenge and Luminous hit a the home run by sending. Shermond! Thank you Luminous and THANK YOU Shermond!

We have had Luminous come out twice to house to install car charger and to run electricity to our new building we purchased. We are very happy with work they done for us, we hav no complaints. Each technician they sent have been very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Luminous for all your electrical projects.

Dylan and Robbie were so courteous and helpful. They did an amazing job and cleaned the area before leaving. I will be using Luminous again as I have other lighting I need switched out.

A google search, and I find these guys who take pride in their online presence with a very clean and professional website. Check. I called, they answered. Check. I asked for a quote, they said when they were going to be here and they were here. Check. They quoted slightly higher than the other guy that I couldn't get a hold of 80% of the time. I went with the higher quote expecting good communication and professionalism and they just simply delivered every single time. They always let me know who's coming and when and why. We'll be doing business from here on forward. And I'll be leaving reviews every time we complete projects to keep all of us honest. They asked for 30% up front and we payed. They asked for payment each time they were here, but I spoke with the office and let them know our plan was to pay in full after work was completed. Everything went well, payment made that day. I noticed one circuit was missing, they were here right away to fix it after the payment was already gone through. None of this waiting and begging for them to fix it, they were ON IT! Thank you!

Kyle was the mechanic. We were installing a new service in our home. Kyle was impressive to me and a good representative for his company. He was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. I will use Luminous again for my electrical needs. Very trustworthy!

I needed a Tesla wall connector charger to be installed before the arrival of my car. Luminous Electric was recommended by Tesla as certified Tesla charger installers. I called Luminous Electric and they were able to come out the very next morning to provide a quote and installation. I had called around to numerous other electricians in the SW FL area and Luminous Electric was able to provide this service for much cheaper AND they were able to get out to me much quicker than anybody else. Some electricians were saying they couldn't get out to me for another 2- 3 weeks and they were charging double the price for the service. Kyle was extremely professional, knowledgable, and easy-going. He was able to install the charger within 30-45 minutes and left the garage as clean as when he came. He answered all of the questions I had about the charger and was even able to provide me with some extra advice/tips on charging a Tesla. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who's looking to install an EV charger. Not only that, I will definitely call them again in the future for any other electrician services.
