They collected money from me for appointment... texted me they were coming and NEVER Showed up! The WORST ever.. please don't waste your time...AVOID this company... wasted my day off...BRITAINy is a liar and a cheat... they basically stole from me... what a EMBARRASSMENT of a company. We apologize if there was a miscommunication. As discussed via phone, as well as email, it is our policy to collect your home warranty deductible within 24 hours of your appointment to confirm and to dispatch our electrician. Your deductible was not paid until one hour into your appointment window. Unfortunately, at that time we were no longer available to dispatch an electrician. we gave you the option of rescheduling for a different day, or issuing a refund and transferring to another vendor. At this point, your refund has been issued. Again, we apologize for your lack of understanding. We were upfront, transparent and at no time were we trying to be deceptive.
