I cannot say enough about this company! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! They are very professional, very personable and their customer service is unbeatable! Charlie, Jackson and Terrance were the best! The did exactly what they said they would do, were always on time and worked in 95 degree heat inside an unairconditioned house for two days with the best attitude!! They did not try to add on other things I didn't need, were very honest and their price was very reasonable! Terrance was one of the hardest-working young men I've ever met! Charlie followed up every day (even past his work time) to make sure I was happy with everything! I also needed work other than electrical, and this company had someone for every job I needed and they were ALL amazing also! What a blessing to find a company that's honest, hard-working and so professional! I love this company and highly recommend them for ANY work you need at your home!

Unfortunately, I believe our job wasn’t big enough for them.. because after they sent someone to our home for a scheduled inspection to get a quote.. the guy who did the inspection said it shouldn’t be a hard job at all & would relay the info to his boss to come up with an estimate. We never heard back from them! They were quick to send someone out to do the inspection but then they went ghost! Tried to call a few times between me & my wife.. we were told they sent the estimate info to my wife’s email which she never received (checked multiple times, even spam folder) even called again to make sure they had the spelling correct, left voicemails but never heard back from them. So, even tho the guy who we met was nice & seemed knowledgeable I can’t speak to their work but their reliability is definitely not what we expected.

We have been very impress with the electrical work performed by Reliable Electric & Construction in Columbus Ga.The service I received from this company was nothing but amazing and first class. After the first phone call I made to the company the supervisor was at my house within 30 minutes. The supervisor accessed the damage and was very clear and concise on what needed to be done.The electricians were here the next morning with everything needed to complete the job. There is so much more I can say about the excellent service. Thank you for a job well done!!

They removed several light fixtures and security cameras. They were very responsive (even over a holiday weekend) , professional and courteous! They worked fast to meet our short time frame and fit us into their schedule at the last minute!! Highly recommend!!

Reliable Electric & Construction LLC just did a number of electrical projects at my home. I was so pleased with the quality of their work, pricing and the friendliness of their electricians., supervisors and office staff. Best of all, they did a thorough clean up after each job. The installed a new electrical panel, additional outlets (inside and outside) and several ceiling fans. I highly recommend them.
