I will highly recommend Gravette Electrical Serves!! Several weeks ago durning the wind storms we had, a limb fell and ripped my electrical power line down from my home. I Called Gravette Electrical service and spoke with Mrs.Hannha (which is a very sweet and amazing lady). She had Chase out here with in 2 hrs time frame. Chase came out and went over everything.Chase explained everything that needed to be done from inside and out.And gave a good price for what he had to do!! Chase called another worker Jayden. They both worked all day to get everything replaced that was needed.. I had to call the county inspector out to make sure everything was good & right. The inspector said they do a excellent job!!! Even after everything was done and our power was back on, Mrs.Hannah called to make sure we was good and to see if the power was back on.. I can honestly say Gravette Electrical serves takes pride and care about their customers !!! So yes I give them 5 stars & highly highly recommend Gravette Electrical serves .. I needed a chandelier installed and had no power to my 3 exterior floodlights. Chase and Jaden came and diagnosed the problem. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Found I had some bad switches. They got me up and running for a fair price. I will definitely use Gravette again for future electrical work.

The two man team showed up on time, were very thorough in their inspection of our electrical system, found an ungrounded circuit, fixed it and gave the rest of the system a clean bill of health. I’d use Gravette again without doubt or hesitation.

My neighbor has used Gravette Elec and was very satisfied. I called and told Hannah my garage receptacles were not working and the breaker was not tripped at the breaker box. She said to check to see if any of receptacles had tripped. I checked 3 out of 4 and they were not GFI receptacles. Jaden was at my house at 8:00am the day after Christmas and found the 4th receptacle, which was a GFI receptacle, and reset it. Now all my garage receptacles are working again. I am somewhat knowledgeable of electrical, but I don’t trust myself in tampering with my electrical breaker box. Even though it was a simple fix I had peace of mind having it checked by a professional….Thanks Gravette Elec!!!

If it would let me I would give Gravette a 1000 star rating. We had a main breaker go out on Saturday. Not knowing who to call we went on Google trying to find someone to come on weekends. The first few said that it would be Monday at the very earliest. When we contacted this company Chase was at our house in 30 minutes. He explained what needed to be done in words we could understand. They arrived back with the parts they needed exactly when they said they would. They finished the job in about 2 hrs I believe and left the area in better shape than it was when they started. Hannah at their office stayed in contact with my wife Linda as to what was going on the entire time.They handled all the red tape with the county and power company for us as well. We will certainly call them in the future for electrical work needed. Thank you so much Chase and your helper and Hannah.

My family lives in a now-50 year old house, and we had started to encounter problems with our light fixtures strobing and blinking in the master bedroom. After looking over several company's reviews on Google, we chose to ask for an evaluation of the problem and an estimate from Gravette Electrical Services. Office staff was polite and helpful; the electricians dispatched arrived on time in neat, clean uniforms and proceeded to trouble-shoot our electrical system in a professional manner. Once the problem was diagnosed, the field team took the time to explain their findings in detail, and to exhibit to me the damage that needed to be fixed on my main breaker board. The estimate I received was reasonable in price for the issue identified. After approving the work, office staff and electricians all performed exactly to the same standard as they showed for the estimate. The work was done in a professional manner, and they even swept up after themselves once the project was finished. As the son of a general contractor with extensive construction experience in my younger years, I very much appreciated both the quality of the work performed and the attitude of this entire company from top to bottom. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to find a reliable, reputable electrical service.

The guys who gave me a quote were very professional and also explained the issue with my switches that did not work. They explained everything and did a great job installing my new ceiling/accent lighting. They made good use of my switches that were not used. Great job! Thank you!

Hannah was incredible on the phone! She listened to our situation and had an electrician here for inspection the day after the storm. Then Chase was back with Jaden the next day to restore our power as quickly as possible - and they refused to leave until the job was done correctly, staying well past dark. The city/county inspector was already scheduled for the next day, and the work passed inspection before 9am. Our only delay was GA Power, and no one else can make them move any faster. The work is clean, the panel is tidy, and they removed all the debris from the old panel, meter, and mast. And they even worked with our insurance company for payment through our claim. Overall, they were very efficient, professional, and friendly. We'll definitely call them in the future if we have any other electrical needs.
