Not reliable. I was out of service and had an appointment scheduled for almost three weeks - they called the night before and canceled. Offered to reschedule another five weeks out. Do not use.

Frank, I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication, we are training new office staff currently. We had a job carry over from monday into your time slot which was scheduled for tuesday. We were trying to reschedule you for later this week, not 5 weeks out. I had a technician call on wednesday to see if you were still available but it sounded like you had already found someone else. Again, I apologize, it is extremely hard to schedule for 4 crews almost a month in advance and sometimes we have unforeseen things that pop up and make it where we have to reschedule with our customers.

They were able to come out the same day as I called. Bad news is $150 service call for the 1st hour. The guy was here for 5 minutes to replace a breaker(which was $25.) If I knew I had him for 55 minutes more minutes, I'd put him to work on replacing outlets. I got a whole bag of them. Early retirement must be a year or two away with charging that much!

Justin, so sorry you're upset with our pricing! We have been charging $150 for one man service calls for over 5 years. There is a lot of work that goes into the back-end to make a same day service call even possible. We have office staff that took your call, monthly subscriptions for our scheduling and billing applications, not to mention the costs of keeping service trucks and tools in good working order, office lease and utility costs, employee hourly wages and healthcare plans, workmans comp and general liability insurance, the list goes on. With drive time, our technician had 1.5 hours on his time card, his labor costs alone without taxes for that amount of time were $45, with all of the overhead costs mentioned above, our company profited perhaps $50 off of your project. I'm so sorry this was unacceptable to you, I will make sure that our office staff is better informed to inform potential customers of our base charges. That being said, I'm willing to accept the fault in not telling you in advance how much you could expect to be billed for. I will issue you a refund if you have a number in mind that you feel is more fair.

Argent ran the wiringh and installed a panel box for my Dock. Highly reccommend this company for any electrical work that you may have. Prompt and very fair priced Thank You Argent.

The men came out and worked hard to change out an old 1974 weather head that was cracked from storm damage. This wasn't an easy task because of the location of our electrical box. We appreciated them so much. Thank You!

I'd highly recommend Argent electric to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and good company. Super friendly and reasonable. They keep great communication with clients as well. My job wasn't a smooth one but they showed up multiple times to get it all fixed quicker than expected. I appreciate their work and reliability. 10/10 use them.
