My neighborhood was struck by the tornado. My generator did not go on. I called Lloyd at 1:00AM to tell him. I got a text from Lloyd at 3:00 AM telling me he could not reach my home due to downed trees and power lines. The next morning, he talked me through a simple procedure to reset it. He came back two days later to check everything out. Lloyd was the installer of my generator about two years ago. He and his crew are very knowledgeable. We are so glad we went with Gilliam Electric. Thanks Lloyd for your great service.

Who has better service than Gilliam when it comes to home generators? NOBODY COMES CLOSE! We had a storm in our area that knocked out power around 1 am. I suspected many people in my area were awake due to a tornado warning. I simply sent a text to Lloyd at Gilliam electric to let him know our generator hadn't kicked on automatically and to put us on a service list for the next morning. He responded "Ok". After the storm passed we went to bed around 2:30 am. I was awakened around 3 or so to the sound of our whole house generator running and the air conditioning turning on and wondering how it had decided after two hours to start on it's own, so we went to sleep. We woke up around 6:30 am and I sent Lloyd a message that our generator had come on by itself and we had power so no rush, but it needs to be checked out sometime today. He responded "it didn't turn on by itself. I came by and reset the panel". That had to be between 3-3:30 am! We had no idea he had come to get us back online in the middle of a storm. If you are looking for a home generator or any other electrical service, nobody beats Gilliam! Thank you Lloyd!

Has taken care of my family since we moved here last January.

After getting three bids we decide to go with Gilliam Electric. We have 14 boat slips that required running over a 300 foot trench, adding new sub panel, and completely rewiring the docks and including new light fixtures. They assigned a team to the project including a project manager. They were thorough when explaining the extent of the work and also made suggestions no other electrical contract had thought of. Everyone we dealt with was professional, showed up on time and returned calls and text messages promptly. The price they gave us was very competitive and they come in right on budget. I would highly recommend Gilliam Electric and we will definitely be using them for all future electrical needs.

Call Rob! Needed dock electrical upgrade to code. They did an exceptional job! Especially if you have a dock on Lake Hamilton or Lake Catherine they’re the people to call! They handled all of the Entergy of Arkansas paperwork. And if anyone Has been through the dock inspection process with Entergy you know how difficult and time-consuming it is. William & Braden did a wonderful job replacing a heat vent light for me. The were so professional & polite. I would highly recommend them. Loyd has taken care of my generator for several years & is always available & provides excellent customer service. I would also highly recommend Loyd for any generator needs.

I hired this company to help finish wiring my tiny home. First day they show up late. I had to call and make sure they were still coming. I walked them through the tiny house and showed them where I clearly marked everything in sharpie (lights/switches/outlets) and they still managed to put things in the wrong spots. They charged me for labor for the day they had to come back to fix their mistakes, and they don’t tell you they charge travel time until after. I asked for an itemized bill many times which I still never received. They eventually sent me warehouse supply sheets (with no pricing) which only showed me more things they were charging me for that I had already purchased and provided to them. I purchased my own lights and they still installed their own!!! I feel like Blake tried to take advantage of me being a young woman and possibly not knowing much about electrical. Thank god I have family in this field to help me, after constantly asking for an itemized bill and fighting the extra labor charges they dropped my bill down. This company is super unprofessional and one of the young men left his phone number in my bathroom ??? Talk about being uncomfortable

Noah is the best! Courteous, respectful, and professional. I called late in the day and he came out and put my mind at ease. Checked everything thoroughly. I definitely recommend them.
