Completed installation of whole house generator a couple of weeks ago. Storm this past week knocked out power to our area. The new system worked faultlessly. Thank you, Holly Electric.

On February 10 th this year we paid Holly Electric to provide power to our new pavilion and install two ceiling fans. To the tune of $820. Well in June, June 28 th to be exact. The ground fault outlet would not reset. We contacted Holly Electric to fix the issue. They can out today 7/3/23 and replaced the ground fault outlet. I was told that the outlet was covered by warranty but that the service call wasn’t since it was over six months. I paid the service call of $ 175 and then I started to think…. Wait I did call with in six months. Installed in February and broken in June. I am waiting for Holly Electric to call me back so I might change my rating after I hear from them next Wednesday. I will let you know. Well Holly Electric did contact me and said that they would void my check for the service call. I am up grading my review from 2 to 4 stars. They explained that the original warranty was for parts not labor. I can appreciate that now that I know. My only concern is that I was lead to believe that the six month warranty was for their work and parts they installed. It also was probably somewhere in some fine print somewhere but that was not what was “implied “ by the installing technicians. They were the ones that told me I had a warranty (call us if you have any problems). I would have given 5 stars had I known. I will use them again.

Holly Electric installed our Generac. They were very responsive throughout the process, very informative and educated us. Heather in office was always so helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend Holly Electric.

You could not ask for a better team to handle all your electric and home generator needs. These guys just provided extensive electrical work and also installed a whole house auxiliary power system at my home. I won't mention any names as I don't want to leave anyone out. From the secretaries to the work crews they treat the customer with utmost courtesy and provide world class service. Call them for all your electrical and power needs. You'll never look back.

Called to have my generator repaired. Was told they charged 185.00 for service call fee. It took 2 separate service calls to replace a capacitor and was charged ((( 1,783.43 )))! Yes, you are seeing that correct...that's over a THOUSAND DOLLARS plus 780.00 dollars more to replace a capacitor!! You guys are smoking something! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU SHOP AROUND before going to these guys for any electrical or generator repair or needs. Apparently, I'm not the only one here giving poor reviews concerning ridiculous prices being charged for simple, common repairs. SEE OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS, just don't take my word for it.

Very happy with the work Kyle and his assistant did for me today. Kyle had to leave to get a part and he made sure he took the time off my bill. Would recommend and would use again.

HEI recently installed a replacement backup generator for us and the work was done very well. The office kept us informed of everything along the way and took care of the permitting for both the gas and electrical work. The install crew was really professional and the equipment passed the inspections easily. The price was in line with what we expected to pay. We are very happy customers.

I had a problem with the electric on my elevator/lift. Holly Electric came out just days after I called and was able to find the problem within 15 minutes of their visit. They made recommendations to install new switches and am looking forward to hearing from them to make an appointment to come out and install them. Even though I need a second visit, they got the lift up and running. The gentlemen who came out were very courteous and professional.
