They suck! Have had them out twice and have done next to nothing done as what we have asked. I asked twice for them to get my room to get electric back and after the second time we paid them to come out still no electricity in the part of the house I spend the most time. Company maybe going down hill. Are all their guys licensed and insured because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Last guy replaced some face plates on outlets which I never asked for or needed. I can do that my self! And never asked for you to do that when I’m paying for you to fix the electrical in my room.

I called Fletcher Electric for a service change! They got the job done and fast! Dylan and Tim did a great job! Very polite and professional! Thank you! Will definitely recommend and use Fletcher Electric if needed again!

First of all I’m a local business owner and deal with Customer service everyday. I would much rather be writing a great review but due to the circumstances I’m not. They Charged me $115 (hourly rate) to show up and tell me they didn’t work on lift station pumps (less then 5 minutes at my property) which is what I called for and I asked before they came out what the charge was for a service call. The response I got was nothing it’s just $115 per hour for any work we do. I then called to ask the owner about it. I explained the situation, was being very polite and corgile with him and He was extremely rude, told me he didn’t have time for me, not to pay it, ask me never to call them again and hung up! I had no problem paying it if that was their minimum charge but I wasn’t even able to get to that point to tell them I was fine with it, I was just calling to make sure it was correct because it sounded so expensive for a service call with no labor or parts. Good luck if you use them for your project. Hopefully the owner isn’t as disrespectful as he was to me!

Had no power at the house. Called them and they were prompt in coming out. They arrived and reset the main breaker to the house and left after only being there 5 mins max. Said it was probably due to a lightning strike. They charged me $172 for 5 mins which is way too much. If they would have investigated why the breaker actually popped they would have seen that my ac wasn’t working after resetting the breaker. I called another electric/ac company out and they repaired a shorted wire/fuse to the a/c unit. 2 guys for about 2 1/2 hours ran me $232 including parts. Now that was a deal. I would not recommend fletcher electric. Over charged me and wasn’t thorough in their inspection.

I was in a major pickle with a General Contactor and work was going to cease if I didn’t get an electrician. I contacted Fletcher Electric and explained my situation. They squeezed me in at a moments notice and had us able to move forward within a couple of hours on a Friday. Hands down, the best service, professional, VERY accommodating, and a quick and correct solution to my issue. I would recommend Daniel and his crew anytime, to anybody! 5 stars is not enough for this business!

We had them come out on short notice to give a quote on replacing our breaker box and outlets and he did come out walked around and looked at the panel both inside and out and answered our questions then said we would have a quote by Monday. It's Thursday and we've given up on them quoting the job. Perhaps they're just very busy or just didn't want the job. Who knows. They do come very well recommend. Maybe someone else will have better luck with them than we did. Don't let this deter you from calling them. This was our experience.

Fletchers was excellent came out and fixed the problem in no time at all. Very reasonably priced in my opinion. Will use again in the future and would recommend to others.
