Charles & Eric made quick work of detecting the issue and rectifying it. We appreciate the response to our rush request. They were very presonable, yet professional. We would recommend!

Called 9Pm on a Friday for an emergency situation with power outage, no answer. Receive a text to please text only. Responded with information of the issue, only not to have a reply of any kind. Do not want to be texting when there is an emergency, needed help immediately that night.

Charles came by replace a 20 amp breaker took at most 10min and I supplied the parts. Charged way too much for job that was completed in less than 10 min. Asked if I could pay with debit card or Zelle . Neither was good for him so I went to the bank get cash. Ask for a receipt to be emailed to me , never got a receipt for a job that I feel was way overcharged. This outfit is completely unprofessional. If you need professional work I look elsewhere. No receipts come on guys terrible company!!

I mostly interacted with Charles. He was the guy who spoke with me over the phone and the person who came in person. If Charles is representative of what the whole company has to offer, I'm extremely impressed. The main switch to our house was not working properly. We had no electricity and were desperate. After attempting to contact multiple companies, including a company through our warranty company, on a TUESDAY, we were unsuccessful. Somehow, the universe pointed me to contact Act Electric. Charles picked up immediately and asked me a bunch of questions to help him determine how to proceed. He had an open appointment about 2-3 hours later during the same day. We took that appointment. We had another friend come the same day, and I told Charles that he didn't have to come anymore. However, he asked a bunch of questions again, and I don't know what made him ask, but after speaking with my husband, we made an offer for him to come anyway, just in case the friend was not able to fix the problem. Charles agreed. The friend could not fix our problem so when Charles came, it was nice to have a second opinion. He jiggled on a few things, and he was somehow able to reset the switch. It was like magic. I think this shows his level of knowledge. He was also able find the part that was needed based simply on photos I sent him through text. I was extremely impressed by how easy it was for me....another sign of his high level of skill and also professionalism! I had him come back another day with Aaron (sp?) to replace the part. They were both kind, professional, prompt, punctual, and got the job done. They had a couple hurdles that they easily maneuvered. I have no knowledge of what's normal pricing for this type of thing, but I felt that every dollar I spent was 100% worth it. Charles saved me a few hundred on a part, and I felt that his expertise was worth the money. It was a lot of money, but it's like going to the doctor for their expertise instead of Dr. Google. Worth it. Thank you Charles and Act Electric.

I am submitting a revised outstanding review of ACT Electric because of the all around very professional, excellent level of customer service they provide, with every attention to detail. Firstly, I am most happy with the App on my phone to turn on/off the outside patio/bistro lights over the carport from inside my unit at night. This truly prevented me from not having to scrounge around to try to find the remote every night, even though I would have sworn I put it some place I would remember. It probably would have ended up under the pile of paperwork on my kitchen table and in most cases, if I found it, it probably would need batteries which I would have not had on hand anyhow. For this, as well as ALL the other work, I most certainly want to thank Eric, who I highly recommend as their Electrician, because it was ERIC who told me about the App, as another Electrician I had just casually asked in passing by, said he would recommend the remote Thank you, Lord, I got Eric! Next, the shed I purchased was a piece of work, to say the least, and every electrician's near worst nightmare. Charles, Eric, and Bruce all came by to trouble shoot what was going on, not an easy task to ascertain with the mumbo jumbo electrical work that had been installed that had NOTHING to do with ACT Electric, but rather the new unit I had purchased. They quickly identified what the problem was and corrected it. This was and is in my opinion, outstanding customer service to say the least to have both the Vice President and Owner come by because of all the mish mash of wires in there. So, now, everything is good to go in the shed that was NOT wired whatsoever properly before I purchased the unit, and only found out after the fact which in no way was reflective on anything but the excellent and timely work Eric, Charles, the Vice President and Bruce, the Owner of ACT Electric all came out here to identify and fix. I tried to be as specific in my review purposefully; many times things may appear straightforward to the average lay person which clearly I am NOT in Electrical work. Yet, THIS is WHY you need and require Professionals such as Eric, Charles and Bruce. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD RELY ON SO CALLED HANDYMEN TO DO YOUR ELECTRICAL WORK!!!! THESE WERE THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED MY ELECTRICAL WORK IN THE SHED TO BEGIN WITH!! Their prices were more than fair. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend ACT Electric and if I could give them a 10 Star I would. I also highly recommend them because as a Medical Doctor who took care of Viet Nam War Veterans, I highly respect and support those who did serve our country. Eric is not only a Veteran, and highly competent electrician, but a wonderful person as well. Thank you, Bruce, Charles and Eric...I wish you ALL nothing but God's Best in the New Year ahead.

Called ACT at 7am on a Friday to report an issue a sudden issue with outlets in power in my home. Left a message and received a call back from Charlie within minutes. He had me take a picture of my electrical panel and diagnosed the issue without having to come out to my home. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Charles was terrific and able to troubleshoot my problem within minutes. I was looking for a good electrician in the Gilbert area and will certainly call them in the future.
